一開始學甜品報讀了一間私人課程，教室在2樓，露台可以見到小片草地，綠樹環繞，環境舒適。從地鐵站走到教室的一小段路，總會飄著桂花淡淡的清香味，下雨天時，味道更立體，日日懷抱愉快的心情學習，成為我接觸烘焙的原始記憶。
桂花花香飄渺，酥皮滋味香濃，兩者正好取得平衡。一開始試做拿破崙，好易覺得厚重油膩，酥皮的味道又非常搶風頭。我們透過改良酥皮的含油量、捍壓的摺數和最終的厚度，令酥皮保持香脆又不會油膩。卡士逹醬摒棄傳統的砂糖，選用更清爽的黑糖，加上用天然桂花泡煮的鮮奶油，組成合乎我們調味原則的桂花拿破崙：輕盈但滋味豐富。最後，我們還加入自製的桂花珍珠，透過柔軟的咀嚼過程，增添桂花味道的立體感。工作室的同事食過後，他們醉愛烘桌文化甜品排行榜似乎都有改動，不知道如何你食到，桂花珍珠拿破崙又會排第幾呢？

Excellent dog balls — safe design and very durable

These fetch balls from Amazon Basics are fantastic, and my dog absolutely loves them. One of the biggest reasons I prefer these over other brands is the hole that runs through the center of the ball. This is a very important safety feature: if a dog were to accidentally get the ball stuck in the back of the throat, the hole allows air to pass through. That small detail could literally make a life-saving difference.
Aside from the safety benefit, they bounce well, are easy to clean, and hold up to a lot of playtime. They’re firm but not rock-hard, and my dog goes crazy for them. Great value, great quality, and a thoughtful design.
Highly recommended for dog owners who want a safer alternative to standard solid rubber balls.

Indestructible

These balls are indestructible! We have a lab and a lab mix and they CANNOT damage these balls. They love them for fetch and to just chew on them (slightly squishy, but NO damage). Best toys we have bought for them.
