Rosso porpora carico alla vista, al naso rivela note molto piacevoli e intense, con marasca, more e prugne in evidenza, a cui seguono sentori più complessi di cuoio, vaniglia e cioccolato sul finale. Al palato si rivela altrettanto affascinante e complesso, con un sorso caldo, rotondo e avvolgente, caratterizzato da tannini morbidi e finale fruttato.“8 Borghi” di CasalFarneto è un incredibile Marche Rosso IGT, ottenuto da un mix di uve montepulciano (50%), cabernet sauvignon (25%) e merlot (25%) raccolte a mano al momento della maturazione ottimale. Le uve di montepulciano in particolare vengono vendemmiate con leggera sovramaturazione, per garantire maggiore struttura, morbidezza e concentrazione aromatica. Le tre varietà vengono poi vinificate e fermentate separatamente in acciaio, con macerazioni sulle bucce molto lunghe e a temperatura controllata. Quindi le masse ottenute vengono assemblate a lasciate affinare in barriques di rovere francese per circa 18 mesi, a cui seguono ulteriori 6 mesi in bottiglia. Nasce così un vino pieno e corposo, molto fruttato e gradevolmente speziato, tratteggiato da tannini morbidi e ben integrati nella struttura. Ottimo per cene tra amici e lunghi pranzi in famiglia, ma anche per accompagnare una spensierata chiacchierata tra amici.
Perfetto per tutte le occasioni, “8 Borghi” si abbina bene con primi e secondi piatti a base di carne rossa, come Fiorentina, arrosti e brasati, ma anche con formaggi stagionati e selvaggina da pelo.

Exceptional quality
I have only had the watch for a few days, but Oupinke watches are very high quality. It keeps time very well and serves as an attention grabber. Great value for the money. It isn't easy to determine where it was made, but it is a Chinese company. Don't stop there with preconceived ideas about cheap products and low quality from China. These watches are exceptional, high-end, and dedicated to creating a brand that endures and stands for quality, rather than simply turning a profit. I would put this watch against those that cost 3-4 times as much. If you are a watch enthusiast, they are worth adding to your collection.
