Caratterizzato da sensazioni varietali uniche che evocano il sapore del buono, è l’alimento ideale per una sana dieta.

BOTTIGLIA: 500 ml.

  • Caratteristiche:  Profumo: all’olfatto si esprime pieno ed avvolgente, caratterizzato da sentori vegetali di carciofo, mandorla bianca ed erbe aromatiche come salvia, rosmarino e mentuccia. Sapore: al gusto è elegante e complesso, ricco di toni vegetali, con carciofo in evidenza, cui si accompagnano note di rosmarino, mandorla e pepe nero. Grande armonia tra un amaro deciso e un piccante spiccato e molto persistente.
  • Abbinamenti in cucina: Perfetto per antipasti di verdure crude e insalate di fagioli. Dà il meglio su vellutate di zucca gialla con calamari scottati. Accompagnamento ideale anche per pesci di lago e contorni di funghi freschi. Si abbina bene con formaggi di media stagionatura. Ottimo se utilizzato nella preparazione di crostate di frutta, strudel di mele e biscotti al cioccolato.
