Il Pinot Nero Matan di Pfitscher proviene dai vigneti di Gleno e Langefeld, a Montagna, appezzamenti situati ad unaltitudine compresa tra i cinquecento ed i seicento metri. Vinificato in acciaio a temperatura controllata e lasciato maturare per quindici mesi in piccole e grandi botti di rovere, l'Alto Adige Pinot Nero DOC Riserva Matan di Pfitscher è vino che esprime tutta la maestosa eleganza dei Pinot Nero di questo comune così fortunato. Grazie infatti alle caratteristiche pedoclimatiche tipiche della zona nasce un vino rosso di indimenticabile carattere, delicatezza e slancio. Caratteristiche rese possibili grazie anche alla notevole escursione termica tra giorno e notte che portano nel bicchiere struttura e delicatezza, oltre ad un incredibile spettro aromatico.
