Growing Instructions (Pakistan Climate)

Sowing & Seedling Phase

• Best Sowing Time: February – April (Best for blooms before July).

• Sowing Depth: 1/4 inch (6mm).

• Method: Sow in seed trays or 8/8" grow bag using a mix of bhal (river sand) and vermicompost with 50% ratio. Because of the rapid evaporation in Pakistan, keep trays in a shaded but bright area to prevent the soil from baking.

• Germination: 5–7 days (faster in warmer Pakistani temperatures).

Transplanting & Spacing

• Transplanting: Move to the ground or large pots when seedlings have 2–3 sets of true leaves.

• Timing: In Pakistan, transplant in the late evening to avoid "transplant shock" from the afternoon sun.

• Spacing: 10–12 inches. Good airflow is vital during the humid monsoon months to prevent leaf diseases.

Ongoing Care in Heat

• Sunlight: Full sun is great, but during extreme May/June heatwaves (45°C+), afternoon filtered shade will help the flowers last longer and prevent petal burn.
