    Suggested Uses

     

    • Add a few drops to your daily NingXia Red® shot.

    • Diffuse 8─12 drops for an upbeat aroma while you concentrate during a project.

    • Add 3─6 drops to Thieves® cleaning products for a cleansing aroma.

    • Put a drop in your palm, rub your hands together, and cup them over your nose to inhale.

    • Breathe deeply for a boost of citrus-inspired happiness.

    • Add 1─3 drops to your water, drinks, and recipes for flavoring and immune support.*

    • Give your marinades a sweet kick by adding 1─3 drops to your recipe

     

    Directions

    Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil and apply to desired area as needed.

    Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
