The Unspoken Laws of Power, Magnetism, and Self-Respect. From Sabrina Alexis Bendory — relationship expert, co-founder of A New Mode, one of the web's most-read relationship advice platforms, reaching millions of women, and one of the most followed dating and relationship experts on TikTok. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Newsweek, and the New York Post. She's the author of the bestsellers You're Overthinking It (2023) and Detached (2025), and has over 15 years of studying the mechanics of dating and love.  For the woman who will never lose herself again. You loved hard. You stayed too long. You gave more than you had — and called it devotion. And when it fell apart, you didn't just lose him. You lost yourself. Your judgment. Your instincts. Your ability to trust that you even know what love is anymore. This book is for the woman who is done — but still doesn't understand why she keeps ending up here. The Feminine Code begins by exploring how you were programmed — by culture, by conditioning, by your nervous system — to believe that your worth is measured by being chosen. Why chaos felt like chemistry. Why breadcrumbs felt like nourishment. Why you abandoned yourself and called it love. Then it breaks the spell. It decodes love-bombing, gaslighting, the push-pull cycle, and manufactured intimacy — not to scare you, but so you can finally see the machinery behind what felt like magic. When you understand the pattern, you become nearly impossible to manipulate. And then it introduces the Laws of Feminine Power. Silence and mystery. Emotional regulation. These aren't games or tactics. They're internal codes that change how you move through the world. You become the woman who doesn't need to chase, over-give, or shrink to be loved. Not because you learned a strategy, but because you changed at the level of identity. This is the dark feminine not as mysticism or manipulation, but as psychological reality: the inner stability, calm power, and self-possession that makes you magnetic not by trying harder, but by finally stopping. Perfect for: -Women who have been through a relationship with a narcissist, love-bomber, or emotionally unavailable partner and want to finally understand the pattern, not just survive it -Readers of Attached (Amir Levine), Natasha Adamo, or Matthew Hussey who want psychologically grounded relationship insight with a strong focus on feminine identity and self-worth -Anyone who has read Detached or You're Overthinking It and is ready for the next stage — not healing, but becoming -Women drawn to the dark feminine concept who want something psychologically rigorous rather than esoteric or tactical — internal codes, not games.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

ABSOLUTELY A MUST for Omegaverse Girls!!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Jillian West and her books!!! I’m so happy I already bought book two and now I have to buy the others for the Assurance Security series!! Not gonna lie Val kind of annoyed me at the beginning but she grew on me!! Her men are chef’s kisses!!! Holt annoys me some but I can let it slide. I already bought part two so I’m going to be reading that in between work phone calls!!!! DON’T TELL MY BOSS 😂😂😂😂

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.
