Golden Damsel (Amblyglyphidodon aureus)
Overview

The Golden Damsel is a bright, eye-catching marine fish, easily recognized by its stunning golden-yellow coloration and lively demeanor. Its hardiness and adaptability make it a popular choice for both novice and experienced saltwater aquarists looking to add a splash of color to their reef or fish-only aquarium.

Origin

This species is native to the Indo-Pacific region, particularly around coral reefs from Indonesia to the Great Barrier Reef. In the wild, it inhabits sheltered lagoons and outer reef slopes where it schools among branching corals.

Feeding

An omnivore with a hearty appetite, the Golden Damsel accepts most foods offered in captivity. A balanced diet of high-quality marine flakes or pellets, enriched with frozen or live foods like mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood, will keep it vibrant and healthy.

Tank Mates

Golden Damsels are best kept with similarly sized or slightly larger tank mates that can tolerate a semi-aggressive fish. They do well with wrasses, tangs, and clownfish, but should not be housed with very timid or slow-moving species.

Aggression

Like most damselfish, the Golden Damsel can become territorial, especially in smaller aquariums. Providing plenty of rockwork and hiding spaces helps reduce aggression and allows multiple fish to establish territories peacefully.

Experience Level

Perfect for beginner to intermediate marine hobbyists, this hardy species tolerates a wide range of conditions and adapts easily to captive life, making it an excellent starter fish for new saltwater setups.

Fun ball for dog
Color: light blue
This is a great toy for the dog. So far the ball is still complete by chewing several days. I have to say it is perfect size for the big dog. The ball is light and also has a changeable light and models.

So far this ball is holding up. Others I have purchased have fallen apart. I highly recommend if your dog is an aggressive chewer

Well made dog toy
Color: Blue
The snoops are great for our active labrador. He is a very aggressive chewer, and so far, has not destroyed a snoop yet. He has mulitples. They are a great size for filling with treats or kibble and they keep him engaged in the activity. He even likes to carry them when he does his zoomies sometimes. They are lightweight and sturdy, and the material is nice and flexible. Great toy / puzzle ball to have around for your pup!

Great for mental stimulation. Durable for my chewers!
Color: Purple Lil Snoop, Color: Purple Lil Snoop
Love these! Quality material, safe for dogs — I make my dogs home made freezer treats and fill these up with it, and serve. Keeps them busy for hours. It’s also fun for them to roll it around to get regular treats out of. Toy + treats = a very happy pup. This size I got for my puppy. The larger ones I use for my adult dogs. Super cute too, and silent! I have Mini Aussies, so it’s great mental stimulation for them. Tires them out.

Very durable
Color: Blue
I have never written a review but just have to say how much our Pitbull LOVES this toy. It is very sturdy very good since he is such an aggressive chewer. This is only the second product I have found that he can’t destroy in 5 minutes. It keeps him busy for a long time and plays with it long after the treats are gone which is good as too many treats and he would gain weight. Highly recommend it. He weighes 70 lbs and the largest one is the perfect size. Kibble doesn’t work as it empties out immediately. I use Beggin Strips cut to size just to fit in the hole—they will come out but not all at once and survive his chewing on the toy.
