• The pizza stones (made in Italy) are made of a mixture of refractory clay and aluminium oxide, which ensures rapid heating and excellent cooking results
• Double-layered door with a reflective sheet that reflects the heat back into the oven
• Oven thermometer with a scale of 0 – 500°C
• The oven fits a shallow pot or pan measuring 30 x 59 x 11 cm (width * depth * height)
• Holes at the bottom to allow condensation to drip out of the oven if necessary
