Some items I never order anymore (beloved snap peas and garnet potatoes are two examples) after receiving spoiled items - more than once. Apparently notifying Amazon of our understandable disappointment, not to mention the waste! can sometimes improve the quality of items delivered. I do very much appreciate the Amazon Fresh delivery service in my (rapidly approaching) old age.
