Robust Ceramic Capacitive Technology

At the core of this sensor is a dry ceramic capacitive pressure element paired with an integrated ASIC signal conditioning chip. This technology combination delivers highly stable positive and negative gauge pressure readings with a 0.5 percent accuracy rate. Optimised Installation

Mounting the sensor is simple thanks to the standard 1/4 BSP threaded connection with a 25mm hexagon base. For optimal performance and to prevent sediment buildup from affecting the readings, it is recommended to mount the unit horizontally on the lower side of the tank or vertically in the outlet pipe before the water pump. It should never be mounted directly on the bottom of the tank.

If you're really serious about it then you'll need to take some quickie classes on finding beat up homes for cheap. You won't find them all online and I plan to take a couple of quickie classes in real estate. You'll need to be up to code for the rules in your state. But this book is the most packed with information that I know of for the moment. So I consider it a must read. The print quality of the books is tragic, but don't let that stop you from getting your copy. It's all about real people in the business doing it and sharing with they accomplished and how they did it with us. And I appreciate it. And you might die laughing.
