The production incorporates both natural spring water and rainwater, enhancing the purity and character of the tequila. Fermentation is conducted in open-air, stainless steel tanks without the presence of fibers, allowing the natural essence of the agave to shine through. The spirit is distilled twice in copper pot stills to ensure a refined finish.
