Herbal water dropper with electrolytes and only 75mg caffeine

MHP XPEL Diuretic is a straightforward tool for managing water weight in the gym world. It's all about ramping up how much fluid you pee out while dodging the cramps, tiredness, and washed-out feel from hardcore diuretics. This isn't a fat burner, so don't judge it like one. The setup is simple: a special herbal diuretic blend, key minerals for fluid balance and muscle work, plus a bit of stimulant from green tea and guarana to keep your energy up when you're dropping water and might feel sluggish.

Leading off, there's 50mg of Vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl. That's a solid amount compared to what you need daily, and it's common in these kinds of products for helping with fluid balance. It's not a straight-up diuretic like meds, but it fits into the overall water-control plan here. Magnesium comes in at 100mg. This mineral helps with over 300 enzyme reactions, keeps ATP stable, and supports nerve and muscle signals. Studies on magnesium are strong, but 100mg is less than the usual 310-420mg for full benefits. Still, it's helpful in a formula like this.

The main driver is the 1,200mg Xeritone-PSD™ Herbal Diuretic Blend with buchu, cornsilk stylus, couchgrass rhizome, dandelion root 5:1 extract, horsetail extract, hydrangea, juniper berry fruit, and uva ursi leaf. This is what gets things moving. These herbs like dandelion, juniper, uva ursi, horsetail, buchu, and the others are old-school picks for boosting urine output and cutting water retention. The downside is it's a prop blend, so you don't see individual doses, and that hides how much of each you're getting.

MHP XPEL Diuretic by MHP contains 50mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 1,200mg Xeritone-PSD™ Herbal Diuretic Blend — this is the heart of it, mixing a bunch of classic herbs for water loss instead of just one. You'll notice more bathroom trips and less bloat as it pushes fluid out in a well-rounded way.
  • Includes dandelion root 5:1 extract — dandelion is a go-to for water balance, helping you shed fluid without turning this into a stim-packed burner. The 5:1 means it's concentrated, giving more punch than basic powder, but the exact amount is tucked in the blend.
  • Juniper berry, uva ursi, horsetail, buchu, cornsilk, couchgrass, and hydrangea all in one mix — it's like a team of herbs working together for urine support. MHP didn't put all eggs in one basket; they stacked these trusted ones that folks have used for water loss forever.
  • Electrolytes are part of the deal — it has calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which beats out those basic drying supps that leave you cramping. These help with muscle moves, nerve stuff, and keeping you from feeling beat up during water drops.
  • 100mg magnesium per serving — not the full 310-420mg you'd want for big magnesium needs, but it's a nice add in a category that often skips it. Magnesium helps with energy stability and muscle function, super useful when water levels are shifting and cramps could hit.
  • 50mg Vitamin B6 — way more than daily basics, and a staple in water formulas. It makes this feel like a real fluid tool, not just a caffeine pill.
  • 75mg caffeine from green tea and guarana — super low-stim setup, not a sneaky energy booster. You'll get a gentle energy nudge to fight off that drag from losing water, without the jitters of a full burner.
  • Green tea and guarana for mild stims — no heavy loading here, just plant-based caffeine at a chill dose. Perfect for daytime use when you want to drop water without getting amped up.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks in the home stretch for shoots, trips, or events wanting drier without high-stims. The herb mix drops water short-term, and calcium, magnesium, potassium cut cramps better than basic ones.
  • Bodybuilders in quick peak or weekend sharpens who get that scale weight isn't fat loss. XPEL hits fluid direct with low 75mg caffeine, easy to fit in without messing prep.
  • Weight-class fighters needing mild, non-drug water help pre-weigh. It's about quick loss while staying sharp, not stim overload.
  • Gym rats puffy post-travel, eats out, or salty cheats wanting a reset. Herbs like dandelion, juniper, uva ursi, horsetail move that extra water.
  • People let down by stim-heavy dryers that act like weak burners. XPEL focuses on 1,200mg herbs plus electrolytes, not nervous hits.
  • Supp vets okay with prop blends using classic herb diuretics on occasion, not daily. They get it's not fully open but a solid multi-herb with minerals.

How to Use

Follow the label for XPEL, start with a full serving once you know your tolerance. As capsules, time it for convenience — morning's good so peeing doesn't mess with sleep. Always with a full glass of water, and keep sipping all day; pairing diuretic with low fluids feels terrible. If you're stim-sensitive or on coffee/pre/fat burners, add up the 75mg from green tea and guarana. Okay with or without food, but meals can help if herbs bug your stomach. Not for daily forever; use short for bloat, travel, weighs, or tightening. Add good salt and carb tweaks for dryness. Skip mixing with Rx diuretics or hard water stuff unless doc says yes. Keep it cool and dry, listen to your body over chasing scale drops.

What to Expect

First 30-90 minutes, no big stim rush with just 75mg caffeine — it's mellow. Real kickoff is more peeing over hours, if you're drinking enough. Rest of day 1, you might feel less bloated and see some tightening, not instant magic. Days 2-3, the look sharpens if water was the problem. No loading like creatine; it's quick and for the moment, not building up. Longer term, watch tolerance, stay hydrated, and use it when needed. Treat it as a tool for spots, not ongoing supp.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is MHP XPEL actually designed to do?

XPEL is designed to help reduce temporary water retention and visible bloating, not to directly burn body fat. Its core is a 1,200mg proprietary herbal diuretic blend plus electrolyte support, so the main effect is increased urinary output and a drier look.

How much caffeine is in XPEL?

Each 4-capsule serving provides 75mg caffeine from green tea leaf extract and guarana seed extract. That is a low-stim dose, so most users feel only mild alertness rather than the strong central nervous system hit of a thermogenic or pre-workout.

Is XPEL a fat burner?

No. While green tea and guarana have some fat-metabolism associations, this formula is built first and foremost as a water-management supplement. The scale may drop quickly from fluid loss, but that is not the same as losing body fat.

Why are calcium, magnesium, and potassium included?

Those minerals support electrolyte balance, neuromuscular function, and muscle contraction while the formula encourages water excretion. They are included to make the water-loss process more tolerable and reduce the likelihood of the crampy, depleted feeling common with harsher diuretic products.

Are the herbal doses fully disclosed?

No. The total Xeritone-PSD™ herbal blend is disclosed at 1,200mg, but the individual amounts of dandelion, juniper, uva ursi, horsetail, hydrangea, buchu, cornsilk, and couchgrass are not. That means you cannot verify each herb against specific clinical or traditional target amounts.

How quickly should I expect to notice it?

Most users notice increased urination first, often within the first several hours of use. Visible changes in bloating and dryness are usually more obvious by the end of day 1 or after a couple of days, depending on how much excess water you were carrying.

Can I stack XPEL with coffee or pre-workout?

You can, but you need to count the extra 75mg caffeine and be more careful about tolerance and hydration. Since the product is already shifting fluid balance, combining it with more stimulants can make some users feel more depleted or uncomfortable.

Is this something I should take every day long term?

Usually no. XPEL makes the most sense as a short-term, strategic tool for bloating, travel, photoshoots, weigh-ins, or physique-tightening phases. It is not the kind of formula that builds cumulative performance benefits over months of uninterrupted use.

What are the most important herbs in the formula?

Dandelion, juniper berry, uva ursi, and horsetail are the most recognizable traditional diuretic herbs in the blend, with hydrangea, buchu, cornsilk, and couchgrass rounding out the urinary-support profile. Their exact milligram amounts are hidden, so the formula must be judged more as a system than as individually dosed actives.

Who should avoid XPEL?

Pregnant or nursing women, anyone under 18, people with kidney disease, those on prescription diuretics, and anyone with fluid or electrolyte-related medical conditions should avoid it unless a physician specifically approves use. Users with caffeine sensitivity should also remember it still contains 75mg caffeine.

Nice shirt but too short
I'm 6', 175 with a bit of a longer torso. That makes me a slim build bordering on tall/slim. The material seems on par with similar offerings from Nike and the shirt looks and fits quite well (I like the slim tailor) but it was not long enough to tuck in as a medium (right at my belt line). I tried a large which is getting a little big around and it was still too short. XL was ridiculously wide on me and still not long enough. Bottom line is that Amazon needs to offer this shirt in a slim/TALL with about 3" of additional length. There would be a whole lot of buyers. I'll have to continue to go to the specialty shops in search of MT and LT sizes.

Nice for the price
I am 6’4” and 195 lbs so I need a large size for most shirts. I need it for the length, but not the width, so shirts this size tend to bow out at the back and make me feel a bit like I am wearing a tent. I prefer polos made of a very thin, breathable and moisture wicking fabric. A decent looking shirt you can wear on hot and humid days without any undershirt and stay comfortable. Old Navy makes a fantastic version, very similar to the ridiculously priced Under Armor version, and I was hopeful that this Amazon version would compare. It does, but has a few drawbacks. If this sounds like you, keep reading. If not, thanks for getting this far. I’ll keep this brief with a list of pros and cons below. Suffice it to say, I like the polo enough not to return it, but it is still a step below some of the shirts produced by other outlets. Cons: 1. It is far from wrinkle free, though I’m not sure it is even touted to be. It does tell me, though, that this fabric won’t be as soft as I prefer. 2. The color is a little darker (I got the coral) than it seemed in the picture, but not terribly so. 3. The “slim fit” is what drew me in and while it better than most, the back still bows out a bit 4. The fabric is clearly moisture wicking, but not the light fluffy kind. I know I’m starting to sound like a snob, but if you know what I mean, you know what I mean. Sometimes a shirt feels heavy when you sweat in it. The idea of the moisture wicking fabric is to pull that sweat away as fast as you produce it to aid in the evaporative cooling taking place on your body. This shirt doesn’t feel heavy, but I’m not sure how long it will stay that way on a really hot and humid day. Pros: 1. Price. For $15, I can become blissfully ignorant to the cons listed above. 2. Fit. It isn’t perfect (Yes, I know this is listed as a con too), but if you have a tall, lanky body type like me, a large will fit you better than your average polo. After a trip or two through the dryer, probably even more so. 3. Convenience. Now that I know this is a good fit for me, I can try all the different colors I want from the comfort of wherever I choose to be with my phone.

2nd shirt purchased for golf team priced right slim fit comfortable
We needed golf shirts for being on the school golf team. Brand name golf clothing is extremely expensive and not worth it for a growing slim teen so our first purchase was this shirt in a different color. This is the 2nd shirt we've purchased after loving the first one. Good quality, value, and comfort. Easy wash and dry. Can be washed and thrown on a hanger to dry. No shrinkage. Perfect fit. This is a men's small that fits great on a person ~ 5' 10". The material is thin and does not hinder golf swings. Love that this shirt, and most Amazon clothing, has no brand markings. Wise marketing that Amazon's clothing is NOT labeled.

Great shirt & my son loved it.
Size: X-Large, Color: Blue
bought it for my son and he loved it. In fact when I called him he was wearing the shirt said it fit him well, it looked great. It was comfortable. He loved the quality & the cut. The length was great and ask me where I got it so I sent him the link so he could buy more in other colors. He loves to golf and said this is a perfect shirt for that. Plus the price was right.

sizing runs a bit big but very comfortable, i love these and ordered multiple colors
Size: X-Small, Color: Black
Initially, i ordered a small and an X small based on reviews here. Glad i did. I opened the x-small first and it fit perfectly. Returned the other one unopened. Sleeves fit my arms well. Collar stands up well. Shirt has sufficient length to tuck in too. Not super long though if you want to untuck with jeans. I'm 5'6 140#. I lift weights regularly and run. I'm right at 11.8-12.0% body fat. I typically wear a small in the amazon essentials slim fit t shirt. Those fit really well in size S. Check them out too if you have not yet. These polos XS fits equally well for my body type.
