This supplement contains all the correct amounts of B vitamins, magnesium citrate, and a very powerful, natural antioxidant to rid of all waste products released by the body. A special form of oregano has been added in very small droplets (for better absorption) as well as vitamin E. To stimulate muscle recovery, this supplement contains all the amino acids in the correct proportions. R-Lacta Sport includes lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, and arginine. It also contains the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine which are the most important for muscle recovery. The limiting amino acids are taken into account to maximize the absorption of all amino acids.
