ZFORCE 500/800/1000 soft cab enclosures can prevent sun, rain, and dust in summer, and wind, snow, and cold in winter. When ventilation is needed, the transparent membrane can be rolled up for storage. They can prevent rain, dirt, sand, dust, leaves, and other debris from entering the vehicle, keeping the cabin clean and tidy.
High-Quality Material
ZFORCE 500/800/1000 soft cab enclosures are made of food-grade material that is water-repellent, durable, abrasion-resistant, and tear-proof. The central transparent membrane uses TPU environmentally friendly material, which is UV-resistant, low-temperature resistant, and provides high clarity to enhance riding visibility.
Convenient Access and Longevity
With custom YKK zippers, ZFORCE 500/800/1000 soft cab enclosures allow easy entry and exit. The fabric covering the zipper can block most dirt and rainwater, extending the zipper's lifespan. Reflective markers make it easier for drivers to locate the zipper position at night.
Removable Transparent Windows
The front window design includes a removable transparent cloth and added visual appeal with glued edges, blocking most dust and rain from penetrating. Openings on the sides allow for side braid extensions.
Easy Installation
ZFORCE 500/800/1000 soft cab enclosures can be easily fixed to the frame with hook-and-loop fasteners on the door shields, ensuring quick and simple installation and removal.

TIPS
- Iron Out the Wrinkles: To smooth out wrinkles in the PVC film, use a hot blower or sunlight. Note: The film's low-temperature resistance is -10°C.
- Zipper Cleaning: Use a toothbrush with soapy water to clean the zipper. After it dries, apply zipper lubricant, soap, or candle wax to the teeth for smooth operation.
- Storage Guidelines: Avoid folding the Soft Door Panel before storage. Instead, zip up the windows and roll it for storing.
- Clean the Clear Film: Avoid using a dry rag or cloth on the transparency window. Instead, use a moist cloth or wet wipes for wiping.
