The PRO250 homogenizer is a powerful, versatile homogenizer suitable for a wide range of lab applications including cell disruption, tissue homogenization, pharmaceutical processing, compounding, emulsions and suspensions.  The PRO250 is lightweight enough to be handheld, yet has extra torque for homogenizing difficult samples. A separate ON/OFF switch allows for the Smooth Dial speed control to remain at your ideal homogenizing intensity.  For the utmost in precise speed control, external speed control boxes are available (analog or digital) for fine-tuning speed control from 0 rpm up to 30,000 rpm.

The PRO250 homogenizer is capable of handling a wide range of sample sizes. With PRO Quick Connect Generator probes ranging in diameter from 5 mm to 30 mm, it can effortlessly homogenize samples from 0.03 ml to 5 L (higher volumes dependent on viscosity). The PRO250 homogenizer also accommodates our SAFETY SEAL and Sealed Tube (ST) Series Chamber Assemblies with either a rotor-stator generator probe or a blade.

PLEASE NOTE: The PRO250 homogenizer requires a probe such as the PRO Quick Connect generator probe or Multi-Gen adapter and generator probe for homogenizing. These items are sold separately unless included in the packages below.

• Max-Homogenizer Deluxe Package - The deluxe package is perfect for homogenizing in round bottom or conical 10ml-50ml tubes and medium-large beakers. Individual samples as large as ½” in diameter can be homogenized. Various types of samples can be homogenized fast and complete. Most effective for sample volumes of 1.5ml to 2.5L.  Includes the PRO250 Homogenizer Unit, 10mm x 115mm saw-tooth generator probe, and 20mm x 200mm saw-tooth generator probe.
• Max-Homogenizer Premium Package - The premium package is perfect for homogenizing in round bottom and conical 10ml-50ml tubes and medium-large beakers without having to hold the homogenizer unit. Individual samples as large as ½” in diameter can be processed. Various types of samples can be homogenized fast and complete. Most effective for sample volumes of 1.5ml to 2.5L.  Includes the PRO250 Homogenizer Unit, 10mm x 115mm saw-tooth generator probe, 20mm x 200mm saw-tooth generator probe, PRO250 Stand Assembly.  The assembled unit has a footprint of 6 x 6 inches.
• CBD Cannabis Standard Package - High shear homogenization of sample creates uniform, homogenous solution, vital for ensuring consistent dosing, potency, and shelf-stability. Perfect for all varieties of CBD, cannabinoid and cannabis homogenizing in small-large beakers. Most effective for non -viscous (vegetable oil like consistency) samples with volumes up to 3L.
  For more viscous samples (lotion), max volume may be 500-750ml*
  For extremely viscous samples (flowable honey) max volume may be 100ml*. Includes the PRO250 Homogenizer Unit, 20mm X 200mm saw-tooth probe, and Protective Carrying Case.
• CBD Cannabis Standard+ Plus Package -  Addition of the acetal resin deflector head enhances homogenization power. Most effective for non -viscous (vegetable oil like consistency) samples with volumes up to 4L.
  For more viscous samples (lotion), max volume may be 750ml*
  For extremely viscous samples (flowable honey) max volume may be 100ml*. Includes the PRO250 Homogenizer Unit, 20mm X 200mm saw-tooth probe, 20mm acetal resin deflector head, and Protective Carrying Case.
• CBD Cannabis Deluxe Package - Perfect for all varieties of CBD, cannabinoid and cannabis homogenizing in medium-large beakers & gallon containers. Most effective for non -viscous (vegetable oil like consistency) samples with volumes up to 5L. For more viscous samples (lotion), max volume may be 1L*
