The factory sensor is made of plastic and often times just doesn’t last. Over time the sensor can strip, crack, and even cause air leaks in your fuel system. On top of that, many Duramax owners question the accuracy and effectiveness of the factory WIF sensor.
This billet aluminum Delete Plug simply threads into the bottom of your filter and eliminates the existing sensor. All you need to do is disconnect the old sensor and remove it. Removal will not cause any warning lights. Includes new o-ring. The WIF Sensor Delete Plug has also been designed to work with a 3/8″ ratchet for easy removal and installation.
