Its re-engineered bore and toneholes provide a focused, resonant tonal core, while a range of WO-series exclusive upgrades, such as newly designed front F keys, right-side keys, and an improved right-hand pinky key enhance comfort, response, and overall playability. Yanagisawa Professional models are free blowing, with a resonant tone, and deliver a superb performance across all musical genres. This is exactly what I was looking for and the price??? Unbelievably low. I saw a Carhartt one that I liked, but I didn’t care for the waxy look of leather on it so I looked on their website and they only offered it in that. The one thing I did like about the Carhartt one, it had a magnetic strap for the cash where as this one has a fixed money clip, but I see no problems with the design. Very minimalist design.

Second Best Bifold I’ve Owned

I’ve gone through a lot of wallets over the years (cheap ones, expensive ones, slim cardholders, you name it), and this Timberland bifold with the attached flip pocket is easily the best all-around wallet I’ve ever carried. The leather is excellent: full-grain, soft right out of the box, and it’s aged beautifully in just a few months with a rich patina that actually looks better with every scratch and scuff. Build quality is top-notch: tight, even stitching, no loose threads, and the edges are finished cleanly. Four months of daily front-pocket carry and it still looks practically new. Layout is perfect for me. Six card slots plus the two slip pockets behind them handle everything I need (10 cards + a few folded bills) without getting bulky. The attached flip ID window is a game-changer; I keep my driver’s license and work badge there and can show either in seconds without opening the wallet. Cash fits easily in the full-length bill compartment. It’s genuinely slim for a traditional leather bifold, sits comfortably in both front and back pockets, and never feels like a brick. The embossed Timberland logo is subtle and classy. At this point I can’t imagine switching to anything else. It’s durable, functional, looks sharp, and was a fraction of the price of some “luxury” wallets that didn’t last half as long. If you want a classic leather bifold that actually delivers, this is it. 100% recommended; already planning to buy another as a backup.
