Kit Includes: Tuner, S2 Clutch Kit, Snap Ring Delete Kit, Pre-Gapped Iridium Spark Plugs This package features AA's performance tunes loaded directly on the Powervision ECU tuner!  This versatile tuner allows our tunes to easily be uploaded to your factory ECU, switch between tunes, and even return to stock.  The Powervision is also a great gauge showing boost, timing and more. You can leave the PV hooked up for gauges, or completely remove it after flashing your ECU. The PV also has excellent data logging capabilities if you download the software, and use your laptop.  You can even view trouble codes and erase them on the fly.  We are highly experienced in tuning these RZRs and that will show. Our tunes are simply set up correctly, and everyone with a Powervision should have these tunes! They are also easily labeled and will show rough horsepower claims with supporting mods such as exhaust and clutching. These tunes modify all the necessary maps to create big horsepower, while still maintaining a reliable and safe RZR.  Each tune is built specifically for your Powervision allowing us to change the tire size or fan temp if needed. This package also features our Stage 2 clutch kit!  No matter the terrain, they hit hard and just keep pulling for days.  On the trail or at the race you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when getting back into the throttle after hammering that corner.  In the dunes you'll see the same benefits, but also have much less bogging when climbing that big dune.  The machine will hold RPM so you can get where you need to go, and get there faster!  Going mudding?  Our mud setup will help turn those tires through the thick and deep with much better RPM and wheel speed that's key to climbing out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport, and spent many hours testing different setups in the real world.  We know you'll be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our clutch kits!  Looking for the S3 kit? Your choice of sticking with the factory injectors, or upgrading to the larger ones Our S2 recoil clutch kit better transfers the power to the wheels, gains acceleration, longer belt life, cooler clutches, easily adjustable & much more. If choosing S3 Clutch Kit see helix options below: Torsion Anti-Chatter Kit : Upgrades to a complete secondary converted to a Torsion style spring and helix. The main benefit is better belt grip with the Torsion spring that gains rate as it shifts. Constant pressure against the helix buttons for less annoying secondary clutch chatter which also extends the life of the buttons. You'll also notice smoother engagement which is excellent for those crawling. Secondary bushing comes peened over to prevent walking out. The Torsion kit slightly limits top speed and should be used with the AA primary clutch limiter. 80-85 MPH top speed for most models. Performance Helix 1031/Torsion 1026:  The 1031/1026 Torsion performance angle is what we use on all 2016 models running 28-33" tires or paddles. This helix works extremely well with 2 or 4 seat models due to the lower gearing on 2016 models, and lower gearing yet on the 4 seat models.   High Load Helix 1021/Torsion 1032: We suggest this helix for those running 34-35" tires.   This helix angle is WAY less aggressive than the stock helix.  This slows the shift and acts like it's gearing the machine down through the secondary clutch.   Clutch kit comes with a great setup guideline that explains how to setup your weights initially. Tune levels 1-3 are developed on the stock wastegate setting with stock injectors.  Tune 4 utilizes stock injectors but requires WG rod adjustment. Tunes 5 & 6 are only available with big injectors & require adjusting your wastegate rod.  We will build all other tune levels for the big injectors if level 5 or 6 is selected. The Level 1 tune is great increase in boost showing a 20 RWHP gain at 14-14.5 PSI of boost maximum. This tune is extremely responsive, and will be your "hold it pinned for a mile" tune. Very easy on the motor, yet big power. Basically the same boost level as the factory 2017 mapping. This tune works excellent with the stock, or aftermarket exhaust. Stock clutching can be used, however clutching will provide a bigger difference. The Level 2 tune offers 15-15.8 PSI of boost and a wicked 30 RWHP gain.  This Level 2 tune gives you reliable and big power you can hammer on all day. This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust.  Clutching is necessary to properly transfer the power to the ground.  91 Octane tune. The Level 3 tune offers 100% maximum horsepower on pump fuel!  Running 16-16.8 PSI of boost max, we gain a huge 40 RWHP! Requires 91-93 octane fuel. If you are running 91 octane, be sure it's non-ethanol/non-oxygenated. If your area does not offer quality pump fuel, we recommend adding half a can of VP Madditive or Torco Accelerator. A small mix of a 1/2 gallon race fuel would also work to boost the octane to a safe level.  Exhaust is recommended. The Level 4 tune runs 17.5 PSI max and will really throw down the power! 50 RWHP gains have been seen with this boost pressure.  This tune requires 110 octane fuel with the stock injectors, or a 95-97 octane race fuel mix with large injectors. We would recommend unleaded race fuel for use with your O2 sensor.  We also recommend shortening your wastegate actuator rod by 1.5-2 turns to prevent the waste gate from opening slightly, and limiting boost. This VIDEO shows how to do this.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. ***LARGE INJECTORS ONLY*** The Level 5 tune really ignites the fire!  This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded is recommended if you plan on running your O2 sensor) and really hits hard.  We add just a little more boost running you from 17.7-18 PSI.  This is where we found the turbo to max out for the most part, so we went to our timing tables and did some work. Adding a revised timing curve makes this tune come out of hole even harder, and keep pulling for days. In testing over our Level 3 tune, we had to add 3 grams of clutch weight to run the same RPM. If you are racing, or really want to show your buddies who's boss... this is the tune you want! We also recommend shortening your wastegate actuator rod by 1.5-2 turns to prevent the wastegate from opening slightly, and limiting boost. This VIDEO shows how to do this.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune ***LARGE INJECTORS ONLY*** Level 6:  Have E85 local to you?  Time to fill up and start turning heads!  E85 is a great race fuel replacement as it runs very cool and can sustain high boost and advanced timing maps..... which equal awesome power!  We crank out all our level 5 tune has and even a little more.  Keep in mind E85 takes about 30% more fuel to run, so it will guzzle fuel fast.  This tune runs an average of 18-18.5 PSI of boost and will require you to adjust the waste gate. AA HIGH FLOW FUEL PUMP IS NEEDED WITH THIS TUNE . Exhaust, BOV, & clutching are also needed.   Crack pressure should be set at 6.5-7psi. Max boost levels are listed as reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temps, intercooler temps and many other conditions play into a factor of final boost output. AA tunes do a better job of making sure you reach these levels as the factory tunes are overly safe. We also highly suggest our Revolver Billet Clutch Cover with Tower Lock to increase primary clutch strength and cooling. Why our tunes over the DynoJet tunes? This really depends on our tune level.  The great thing with our tunes is they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, and rough horsepower gains. They have been proven to make and hold power longer than the DynoJet tunes.  Not only this, but we test with clutching, exhaust, and other parts to ensure our tunes work well with all factors.  Lower level tunes (1-2) are actually much safer than a DynoJet "max boost" tune especially if running stock exhaust, yet deliver more power than their low boost tunes.  Safer tunes will hold power longer, and be much easier on your motor.  When your RZR de-tunes because boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock!  Our Level 3 tune has higher boost, and comes on harder. Our Level 4 and up tunes are adding in race fuel and will offer even more power than any DynoJet tune.  Since we have so much time on RZRs, we know the limits and can push the limiters further giving you higher speed limits, and many other things hidden in our maps. Comparison with POTAUTO filter: Very similar but cheaper
I bought a POTAUTO MAP 1033C and EPAuto CP846 cabin air filter to compare them for use in my 09 Legacy (gen 4). They both seemed comparable and are cheaper than most other, similar filters, though the POTAUTO was and still is ~33% more expensive than the EPAuto. Both seem built well-enough, considering they're only being used as relatively low-flow cabin filters. That said, the EPAuto is slightly better, mainly due to the white trim piece being unattached along one side on the bottom of the POTAUTO filter. Almost certainly nothing that will affect its performance or longevity, but it is interesting considering it's the more expensive of the two. However, it must be kept in mind that this is an incredibly small sample size. In one of my very scientific tests (/s), I held them up side by side and looked through them toward the sun (obviously being careful) to judge thickness/density and uniformity. Neither had any thin spots that I noticed, and they were pretty similar overall. One of them blocked slightly more light than the other, indicating more filtration, but I unfortunately don't remember which one. I feel like it was the EPAuto, but I don't really want to speculate as I could very well be wrong. What I do remember is that the difference was so minor that all else being equal, it wouldn't justify the cost difference between the two. In other words, even if the POTAUTO were the slightly better one, it wouldn't be worth the extra few dollars for the minimal amount of extra filtration. In another test, I compared the filters to each other and the old filter (which I'm pretty sure was OEM, but certainly not a charcoal filter, so it was significantly thinner) by blowing air from a compressor through them. I held the nozzle at roughly the same distance from each on one side of the filters, and I held my other hand at roughly the same distance from each on the other side. The old filter, unsurprisingly, let much more air flow through. Both charcoal filters were much more restrictive due to their extra thickness, leading me to feel much less air coming through. Both were roughly the same. Both filters also held up just fine to the strong blasts of air. I bought a couple other filters that I was going to cut to fit to use one or both with these filters as a pre-filter and/or additional charcoal layer. After the airflow test, I decided against this, as these are a lot more restrictive than OEM already, and I didn't want to push it, since that could at best cause issues with getting good airflow into the car, and at worst could damage the blower. If not for the fact many, many people have been using these and similar filters for a long time without apparent issue caused by this, I would hesitate to even use these. I haven't noticed a decrease in the airflow, but it's doubtful I would since I rarely turn the fan up past the first couple settings (usually have it on the first) if I have it running at all, and I have the center vents pulled out (to access the inside of the dash) which causes the flow at the vents to be reduced slightly. TL;DR - Both the POTAUTO and EPAuto charcoal filters appear to be a good choice, with the EPAuto having a slight edge on build quality (based on my limited sample size of one each) and a cheaper price. Filtration appears to be very similar between the two, certainly not enough of a difference to warrant the extra price for the POTAUTO over the EPAuto. Flow is significantly more restrictive than OEM filter but doesn't appear to be an issue. I give the EPAuto 5 stars and the POTAUTO 4 stars, only because the value of the POTAUTO is a good bit less (very similar or possibly even inferior quality for 33% more money). I can't speak to their longevity or performance, but I don't imagine either should prove to be an issue. -------------------------------------------------- As a side note relating specifically to the Legacy: replacing the cabin filter in this car is a PITA. It's not overly difficult per se, but a serious pain and certainly not something you're going to do when you have a spare few minutes. I'd rate it probably around a 3.5/10 in difficulty and a 7/10 for annoyance. While you can sort of access it by removing the manual compartment, you can't remove the tray through that. So you need to actually take the whole glove box out, which requires removing the side panel, unhooking the string/loop that keeps it from falling all the way down, and removing a few plastic screws, which can be a bit of a pain (and apparently Subaru loves them since they're all over the car). A stubby Philips driver will be helpful. Once you have the glove box out of the way, you have to unscrew several more of those plastic screws to remove the plastic cover between the glove box and the filter. This hole is where you gain access. Be careful when removing the old filter as loose dirt and debris may fall out and make a bit of a mess. You don't really want to get any in the fan below it if you can help it. Reverse the steps to reassemble it, and remember to reattach the string. Getting the glove box back in its track can be a bit of a challenge; in my experience from doing it multiple times I've found you sort of half force it and half don't. That is, it'll likely offer some resistance even if it's lined up, so if you try to baby it you'll probably be there a while, but also play with the alignment a bit to see if you can get it without marring up the tab and the slot on the right side too much. All in all, expect to spend anywhere from 15-45 minutes on this, and make sure you have a standard length as well as a shorter or stubby Philips screwdriver. I have to say, when it comes to air filters, this car is horrible.
