When it comes to making some extra power out of your 7.3, you've got plenty of options from custom tuning, larger injectors, turbo, and the list goes on. Now, how are you going to make sure that your injectors are able to flow the additional commanded fueling if you're running a stock HPOP (High Pressure Oil Pump)? Especially for the early model HPOP's found in the 1994-1999 model years, your output isn't the same as the 1999.5-2003 versions, so these trucks will benefit even more from an upgraded pump.Typically, this Stage 2 pump from CNC Fab will flow 30% more than a brand new Bosch 1999.5-2003 pump, which is enough volume to sustain 250/100 Hybrid injectors. And for those running even larger injectors, you can run up to 250/200's with this pump, but there's no guarantee that it will keep up in a hot/race tune as there are variables between injector builders. Ideally, this pump will supply enough oil volume to keep up with a set of 230-250cc Hybrid injectors. Good to use every night...I do.
If you suffer from dry mouth during the night, these are the perfect solution. I had tried rinses - they don't last. Sprays - they don't last. lozenges - don't last. Other tablets, only last a few hours. I can get about 8 hours relief with these. Contrary to other reviews, you do not suck on them like a lozenge...they won't last at all if you do it that way. Read the directions. They "adhere" to your back molars...don't drink or eat after putting them in...as both will either dislodge or reduce the effectiveness. However, when I don't use these, my mouth is miserable and so dry. These provide enough moisture throughout the night. The flavors aren't too bad. I've used the mint (not may favorite because I'm not a fan of mint flavor), orange and berry. I wish they had other flavors (cinnamon, licorice), but till then, I'll use these probably forever.

These really work. I wear a CPAP and my mouth was so dry I was waking up with my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth. They stick well so no worry of swallowing it during the night. I like the berry flavor.

A Miracle for dry mouth!!

I don't know what I would do without this product. I suffer from severe dry mouth from my medications and xylmelts have been a miracle for me. I buy them regularly and cannot live without them
