Ingredients: Dehydrated above the ground vegetables (Cabbage, Broccoli, Mushroom, Zucchini, Spinach, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Celery, Capsicum, Radish, Tomatoes, Onions, Parsley, Chives), Toasted Nutritional (Inactive) Yeast.  

Macros per 100ml when made up:  Energy 12kJ, Protein 0.4g, Fat 0.3g, Carbs 0.2g, Sugars 0.2g Sodium 40mg

How to use: Put 2 heaped teaspoons of soup mixture (7g) into a mug and add 200ml boiled water. You can also boost any slow cooker dish, or anything that's going into the oven to be baked. As a parent, we reckon it's about smuggling veges in any which way that you can, so hidden in anything whatsoever is the thinking here!
