Rosa ciliegia di bella luminosità alla vista. Naso intenso che spazia dalla rosa canina ai piccoli frutti rossi, dal pompelmo rosa alle spezie. Grande freschezza e mineralità in bocca dove appare strutturato, armonico e persistente.

È prodotto con uve nerello mascalese in purezza l’Etna Rosato DOC “Lenza di Munti” di Nicosia. I grappoli sono raccolti a mano nei vigneti posti ad un altitudine media di 720 metri di altitudine: una posizione che garantisce l’eleganza tipica dei vini d'alta quota e una spiccata mineralità derivante dai suoli vulcanici. La macerazione a freddo di 24 ore precede la pressatura soffice e una lenta fermentazione in acciaio, seguita da 2 mesi di affinamento nei medesimi contenitori.

Rosato di montagna, da abbinare a tartare di tonno e salmone, risotti a base di verdure e carni bianche.

Can't get past the art

I bought this book blind, knowing nothing about the creators and with no expectations. While I thought the story was interesting and generally well-executed, sometimes the intrusion of the writer's thoughts, the attempts to break the fourth wall, and the wink-wink, nudge-nudge gags at the fans grow tiresome. But the writing is the strength compared to the art, which in my opinion is poor at best. The artist lacks anatomical skills, perspective skills -- the art almost never fills the frame. The splash pages are underwhelming because the figures are so small. Even the parts of the story that are supposed to be "cartoony" (the 5th dimension), which might better fit this artist's abilities, don't work. I really feel this could have been a significantly better product with a different artist.
