The new Injen SP1586 cold air intake opens up that intake tract with a massive 3.00in aluminum intake tube that transitions into Injen Technology's patented step-down process called, MegaRam? Technology (or MR Technology? for short). This patented MegaRam? Technology allows the engineers at Injen to fine-tune fuel trims and maximize power output. Directly after the MR Technology? step-down, the system briefly enlarges to 2.50in before entering the factory turbo inlet. This is done to maintain airspeed for improved throttle response. Not sure if something has changed in the way this product "Barkbone" is made. I bought this many times before and it lasted. Today, on my dogs first day of use, he had chipped through the material, and already destroying it. he has had it for less than 3 hours.
