ERYTHRITE

Erythrite is a striking, high-vibration crystal known for its ability to support deep emotional healing and compassionate self-awareness. Often called “Cobalt Bloom” or “Red Cobalt,” this stone encourages the release of long-held emotional wounds and suppressed feelings. Its energy gently invites reflection without overwhelm, allowing the user to process past experiences with clarity and kindness toward themselves. Erythrite supports emotional balance while fostering self-love, helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and authentic voice.

Energetically, Erythrite acts as a bridge between the Root Chakra and the Heart Chakra, harmonizing grounding energy with compassion and emotional openness. This alignment supports stability while encouraging the heart to remain open and resilient. Many practitioners work with Erythrite when they are rebuilding confidence, strengthening communication, or restoring energetic balance after periods of stress or emotional exhaustion. It is believed to stimulate vitality, encourage self-trust, and help energy flow more smoothly throughout the chakra system.

Spiritually, Erythrite is considered a powerful ally for self-awareness and personal growth. It supports the journey of understanding one’s emotional patterns and transforming them into wisdom. In folklore traditions, it has also been associated with supporting the body’s vitality, particularly in relation to the blood and bone marrow, symbolically linking it to life force and inner strength.

Because Erythrite is a cobalt arsenate mineral, it should be handled respectfully. While brief handling is generally safe, it is recommended to wash your hands after use and keep the stone away from children and pets. Energetically, it can be cleansed and recharged using moonlight or smoke cleansing with sage or incense.

My last Timex and why.
Color: Black/Gray/Digital, Color: Black/Gray/Digital
New edit. Upon further reflection, I’ve only had, a couple of exploratory years with Swatch excepted, Timex watches. My first one was when my mother replaced the Chicita Banana “tickity tock” sticker with a real Timex wind up watch before my first Cub Scout camp. In addition to many other Timex products, I’ve had these Ironman watches for the past 25+years. Usually the band wears out and can’t be replaced after three or four years. This particular watch fell apart less than six weeks old. It wasn’t hit by impact. It just came apart while I was driving down the road. I wonder if they’ve changed their manufacturing process. See photo for details. What is truly infuriating is that rather than replacing it, because it is truly a warranty issue, the told me to ship it to their offshore repair facility (which could take 3-5 months) and pay what might be half the value of the watch. Things happen, but the intentional friction they have created to avoid their obligations borders on malpractice and speaks to their indifference toward customer experience and subsequent lifetime value.

As expected
Color: Gray/Gray/Digital
Just an old school digital timex. Tried and true. Has both 12hr and 24hr function on the time setting. Has a standard stop watch and timer. The battery is great, just as it always is on a timex. Good water resistance and very easy to use. Overall very good watch for the price!

Love the Timex Ironman Shock watches!!
Color: Black/Black/Digital
I really like the Timex Ironman Shock watches. They are very durable and reliable. Simple to use and modeled after the. Original Ironman watches of the late 80s and 90s. Buttons are clearly marked and easy to press. They used to make many colors of this Shock model of the watch inc a cool shiny red color my wife still has . I have been a runner many many years and at 65, am still out although a lot slower than my 20s. But Timex Ironman watches have. Been my constant companion on the roads and track for 35 years now.
