1,070 calories, 53g protein, and solid support for real gains

Raw Nutrition Bum Mass Gainer is all about making it easy to hit that calorie surplus you need to gain muscle and weight. With 1,070 calories per 4-scoop serving, including 196g carbs and 53g protein, this isn't some lean meal replacement or low-carb protein. It's for lifters whose workouts burn so much that food volume, getting tired of eating, and busy schedules get in the way of growing. The setup is simple and it works: big carbs for calorie punch and energy refill, a mix of dairy proteins for muscle building and steady amino acids, plus a bit of recovery help from glutamine and creatine.

The carbs are key here. Instead of just one cheap type, it blends maltodextrin, Carb10® pea starch, sweet potato starch, oat flour, and quinoa powder. You get a shake that packs in calories without feeling like straight sugar. What you'll notice is easier refueling after tough sessions, muscles feeling fuller from topped-up glycogen, and hitting those high calorie goals without as much hassle.

The protein hits 53g from whey protein concentrate, whey isolate, and micellar casein. This mix digests at different speeds: whey gets aminos in fast, casein keeps them coming longer. In a bulking phase, that means better protein coverage all day and a shake that works like a real meal replacement.

It has 2.5g L-glutamine too. The science on glutamine for healthy lifters isn't as strong as some other stuff, so don't count on it as the star player.

Key Highlights

  • 1,070 calories per serving — this is a real mass gainer, not just protein with extras. For hardgainers and bulkers, it helps because gains stop when calories do, and this gives you a big surplus in one go.
  • 196g carbs per serving — a huge carb hit to refill your energy stores fast after training. You'll feel better recovery, stronger workouts, and that pumped muscle look you notice quick in a bulk.
  • 53g protein from whey concentrate, whey isolate, and micellar casein — a smart mix instead of one type. Whey spikes aminos fast, casein keeps them steady, so it's great for post-workout and bridging meals.
  • 2,500mg creatine monohydrate — the best-researched boost for strength, here to help with quick energy in tough sets. Heads up: 2.5g is solid but under the usual 3-5g daily sweet spot from studies.
  • 2,500mg L-glutamine — thrown in for recovery vibes. It's not the main event, but it adds a nice touch in a big post-workout shake when you're piling on the training.
  • Mixed carb setup — maltodextrin with Carb10® pea starch, sweet potato starch, oat flour, and quinoa powder. Way better than gainers that dump in one cheap carb.
  • 312mg calcium per serving — helps with muscle pumps and bone strength during heavy training. Not a full bone supplement, but it chips in nicely to your daily needs.
  • 454mg potassium per serving — good electrolyte backup that's often missed in gainers. It supports muscle function and staying hydrated, especially with high carbs and volume.

Who Is This For?

  • Hardgainers training steady but not growing from lack of food. This fixes calorie consistency with 1,070 cals, 196g carbs, 53g protein in a shake, making surplus real.
  • Off-season bodybuilders bulking in hypertrophy. Mixed carbs refill energy and aid recovery, whey/isolate/casein give fast and slow aminos.
  • Strength guys with tough jobs missing meals from whole foods. Big serving anchors calories post-workout or between without extra prep.
  • High-volume lifters 5-6 days a week needing more than basic protein after. 53g protein and 196g carbs make a real recovery hit.
  • Young dudes with fast metabolisms staying lean but stuck on scale. Built for calorie density, carb help, and better growth setup.
  • Bulkers eating good but needing last 800-1,000 cals. Easier than forcing another meal when hunger fades.

How to Use

Mix 4 scoops with 16-20 ounces water or milk, shake hard 20-30 seconds, or blend for best texture. 275g is big, so use a roomy shaker or blender. Best right after training or when you'd miss calories. If your gut's sensitive, start with 2 scoops a few days, then ramp up for comfort. Milk boosts calories and smoothness, water keeps it light. No need for food with it—it's like a meal—but some split into two shakes. Stacks great with extra creatine since 2.5g is under 3-5g daily target. No cycling needed, no stims or hormones. Store sealed in cool, dry spot—carbs clump with moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: the serving's huge, like a real meal, not a light shake. Mix cold and well for easy drinking, but it's dense on purpose. 10-40 minutes: no buzz since it's stim-free; instead, you feel full and satisfied, like a solid post-workout meal when you'd skip eating. Over hours, carbs and protein act like a liquid meal for recovery. Days 1-7: main perk is sticking to your bulk—no more calorie shortfalls. Weeks 2-4: with good training and food, you see the payoff—steady weight gain, fuller muscles, better bounce-back. Daily use builds the 2.5g creatine, but add more to reach full maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many calories and macros are in Raw Nutrition Bum Mass Gainer per serving?

Each full 4-scoop serving provides 1,070 calories, 196g carbohydrates, 53g protein, and 6g fat. That makes it a true mass gainer designed for a caloric surplus, not a standard protein powder.

Is the 2.5g creatine monohydrate in this formula enough on its own?

It contributes meaningfully to daily creatine intake, but it is below the standard 3-5g daily maintenance range used in most sports nutrition research. If you want full evidence-based creatine coverage, many users should add extra creatine monohydrate alongside this product.

What kind of protein does Bum Mass Gainer use?

The formula uses a dairy protein blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and micellar casein. That gives faster amino acid delivery from whey and more sustained release from casein, which is useful in a mass-gain shake.

What makes the carb blend different from cheaper mass gainers?

Instead of relying on only one carb source, this formula combines maltodextrin with Carb10® pea starch, sweet potato starch, oat flour, and quinoa powder. The result is a more varied carbohydrate system built for high-calorie intake and glycogen support.

When should I take this mass gainer?

Most users do best taking it after training or between meals when calories are hardest to hit. Because it is stimulant-free, it can also be used later in the day without caffeine-related sleep concerns.

Can I split the serving instead of taking all 4 scoops at once?

Yes. In fact, many users with smaller appetites or sensitive digestion do better starting with 2 scoops and taking two smaller servings across the day. That can improve tolerance while still helping you reach total calorie goals.

Does this product contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This is a stim-free formula, which makes it easier to use post-workout, between meals, or at night without managing caffeine intake.

Is glutamine the main reason to buy this formula?

No. The 2.5g glutamine is a supportive recovery inclusion, but the primary reasons to buy this product are its 1,070 calories, 196g carbs, 53g protein, and overall ability to make bulking easier.

What allergens are present in this formula?

It contains milk, tree nuts from coconut, wheat, and soy-derived ingredients. It is also manufactured on shared equipment that processes additional common allergens, so sensitive users should review the label carefully.

Do I need to cycle this product?

No cycling is required because there are no stimulants or hormonal agents in the formula. Its benefits come from consistent calorie, carbohydrate, protein, and daily support intake rather than acute stimulation.

Sturdy, Beautiful, and Functional
Color: Black
I love this MacBook stand. It sits at the perfect height (my neck doesn’t hurt anymore!), it matches the Space Black finish on the MacBook, and is very sturdy. I considered the 12 south instead of this, and returned it for this instead. Better value and better product. Overall, I highly recommend.

Fantastic Stand
Color: Gray, Color: Gray
Cooling - I purchased this stand for use in college, primarily so I could raise my laptop to the same height as my primary monitor. While my focus in purchasing this was on raising my laptop, the stand also helps cool the laptop. I have been thoroughly surprised i its effectiveness. Many times my friends and I will be working on homework together running programs such as Microsoft Teams and Mathworks Matlab simultaneously. In doing so, I will have my laptop on the stand so I can use my monitor. While my friends identical college-issued laptops are very, very hot due to the intensive tasks they are completing, mine is, at the most, warm to the touch. The only difference is that I am using the stand, and they are not. The slots in the stand, while not overly large, do aid in cooling the laptop significantly. Build Quality - Prior to purchasing this stand, I saw several reviewers mentioning the finish on the stand, claiming it had an almost gritty quality. After receiving the product, I believe those customers were hoping for a very high level of final finishing. That is not to say that it is not a high quality finish, but if you are expecting it feel like the aluminum lid of a Macbook, it will have a slightly coarser finish than that. The stand has rubber pads on all points it would contact the laptop with. These pads are mounted very securely to the frame, and I am not concerned at all about them falling off. If I would have to guess, they are made of a type of silicone and have shown no signs of wear after 2 months of daily use. They are also present on the bottom of the stand to protect the surface it is set on. The stand itself is constructed of 4mm thick aluminum all around. As such, it is very sturdy. I would be absolutely shocked if a laptop broke one of these stands. I have even used it to hold textbooks temporarily, and it has held them with supreme ease. Color - I purchased the model in the darker gray color. I did not have anything I was trying to match it with. As such, I cannot say whether it will match Apple's Space Gray products, although it looks very reminiscent of it. For reference, my laptop is an HP Elite Dragonfly with a 13.3 inch screen, and my monitor is a 21.5 inch Acer unit.

Great minimalist stand
Color: Gray, Color: Gray
Really like the minimalist design of this stand. Quality is top notch with steady material and refined edges. Had to make minor modifications to prevent laptop touching metal edges when putting on with slight angel tilt. Overall very satisfied with the product.

Simple upgrade that actually improves your setup
Color: Black
I didn’t expect much from a laptop stand, but this made a noticeable difference right away. It lifts the laptop to a much better eye level, which helps a lot with posture—especially if you’re working for a few hours at a time. The build quality is solid. It’s aluminum, has a bit of weight to it, and doesn’t feel cheap. Once it’s on the desk, it stays in place. The rubber grips hold the laptop securely, and I haven’t had any slipping issues. I’m using it with a MacBook Pro and it fits perfectly. There’s enough space underneath for airflow, and I’ve actually noticed the laptop runs a bit cooler compared to sitting flat on the desk. Overall, it’s a simple product but very effective. One of those small upgrades that you end up appreciating every day.

I like it just fine. It’s good and it works for me.
Color: Black
It’s sturdy and I like the design. Seems pretty comparable to every other MacBook stand, but I chose this one for some reason and I’m happy with it. The height is not adjustable, so if you want that find another one.
