Treatment of coronary heart disease: Chronic stable angina pectoris (angina of effort).
Treatment of hypertension.
Treatment of hypertension.
Dosage/Direction for Use
As much as possible, the treatment must be tailored to the needs of the individual.
Depending on the clinical picture in each case, the basic dose must be introduced gradually. In patients with impaired liver function, careful monitoring and, in severe cases, a dose reduction may be necessary.
Unless otherwise prescribed, the following dosage guidelines are recommended for adults.
Coronary Heart Disease: Chronic Stable Angina Pectoris (angina of effort): 1 Adalat GITS 30 tab once daily (1 x 20 mg/day, 1 x 30 mg/day or 1 x 60 mg/day).
Hypertension: 1 Adalat GITS 30 tab once daily (1 x 20 mg/day, 1 x 30 mg/day or 1 x 60 mg/day).
A starting dose of 20 mg once daily may be considered when medically indicated. In general, therapy should be initiated with 30 mg once daily. Interim doses ie, 40 mg, 50 mg, etc, can be applied by combinations of, ie 20-mg + 20-mg or 20-mg + 30-mg tabs.
Depending on the severity of the disease and the patient's response, the dose can be increased in stages to 120 mg once daily.
As a rule, the tablets are swallowed whole with a little liquid, independently of meals. The tablets must not be chewed or broken up. The attending doctor will determine the duration of use.

Very Nice and comfortable shirt, on the thicker side and is slightly blue, baby blue perfect in fall winter might be a little thick for summer. the buttons and stitching all seem well done for the price. Really great shirt, really thick material
An unexpected pleasant surprise. Really nice quality, minimal shrinkage, and very few wrinkles out of the dryer. Nice, comfortable fit, and for big-but-not-tall guys, the fitment is very presentable. Sleeves aren't crazy long, and the shirt itself isn't so long that you feel like you're wearing a dress.
These aren't complaints, but I do want to share two notes that were important to me:
1. If you want a breast pocket, be sure to select the right shirt. There are two different versions, and it's not particularly obvious which is which.
2. The material is thick. Really thick. So the shirt is pretty heavy, and it doesn't breathe very well. For me, this is unquestionably a winter shirt. If, like me, you tend to run a bit warm, this shirt can make you feel like you're wearing a parka.

Too large, length too long
Size: Medium, Color: Light Grey Vertical Stripe
Runs large, and the length is far too long to wear untucked like in the photos. Always wear a Medium, this fits like a Large. Length of shirt is long and obviously made to be tucked in. You would look ridiculous if you left it untucked. Dont understand why companies still insist on designing shirt to be tucked in when most people dont wear it like that these days
