Fresco e vibrante in bocca, caratterizzato da una solida trama tannica e lungo nella persistenza.La vinificazione del Barolo DOCG Gavarini Chiniera, di Elio Grasso, prevede una fermentazione in acciaio, e a seguire un affinamento in botti di rovere di Slavonia per trenta mesi. Viene lasciato riposare ulteriori dieci mesi in bottiglia prima di essere commercializzato. Mantiene un carattere vibrante ed esuberante, risultando complesso al naso e potente allassaggio. Garantisce un ottimo specchio di bevibilità.
Da aprire per le convivialità più formali e importanti, è ideale per essere abbinato alle pernici al ginepro.
