It features a 9in maximum cut length, the SureCut wire cut line for accuracy, a TripleTrack rail system, permanent grid, is three-hole punched to fit in ring binders, an ergonomic blade, rubberized feet, and it is lightweight. This package contains one paper trimmer (12x7-1/4x1in) and one blade carriage. Caution: contains sharp edge. Handle with care. 

The SureCut wire cut-line allows you to see the cut before you make it to ensure perfect placement and results. Features include a permanent grid with 1/16" increments, TripleTrack system that interlocks the blade and rail for straight cuts with precision and rubberized feet for stability. It has a 9" cut length and the 5.5" base accommodates cutting 11" paper. Pre-drilled holes allow for storage in a ring binder. Replacement blade options: Low Profile - I9675 and I9685 and High Profile - I9687, I1555 and I5740.

I think this shrunk/tightened up a bit in the wash/dry, but not a ton (I don't remember, so think it wasn't much, anyway).
