In bocca ha corpo, lunghezza e grande slancio favorito dall’acidità e dalla sapidità.Il “Bauci” di La Fralluca è un bianco prodotto con uve viognier allevate in biologico in un particolare vigneto esposto a nord, su un suolo ricco di calcare. La fermentazione è eseguita in acciaio, mentre l’affinamento prosegue per una parte nei medesimi serbatoi, per un’altra in tonneaux. La ricchezza e la verticalità acida sono i tratti distintivi di questo bianco dalla spiccata aderenza territoriale.
