Dankzij de gekartelde greep en de markering wordt ervoor gezorgd dat je grip krijgt op je nieuwe dumbbell en je oefeningen optimaal kunt uitvoeren. Met de twee schroefsluitingen kunt je de gewichten vastzetten. Je kunt er probleemloos bovenhandse oefeningen mee doen, want alles blijft op zijn plaats.
