Over de wijn

Deze witte wijn van het merk Kaiken is afkomstig uit de wijnstreek Mendoza in Argentinie. 

De druiven gebruikt in onze Kaiken Ultra Chardonnay werden met de hand geoogst en getransporteerd in schalen van 10 kg om te voorkomen dat de druiven worden beschadigd en de kwaliteit ervan wordt behouden. De druiven worden vervolgens handmatig in de wijnmakerij geselecteerd en verwijderen elk element dat schadelijk zou kunnen zijn voor de uiteindelijke kwaliteit. 

Het heeft een goudgele kleur met een licht groene rand. In de zeer expressieve neus het aroma van ananas, perzik, tropisch fruit en een lichte hint van vanille en boter. De smaak is intens maar gebalanceerd met fijne zuren en de juiste houtinvloed die het fruitige karakter van de wijn niet overstijgt. Stevige en gebalanceerde Nieuwe Wereld Chardonnay.

Houdbaarheid

Nu op dronk, gemakkelijk vijf tot zes jaar houdbaar.
