Wat is het voordeel van de Gietijzeren pizzapan

Gietijzeren pizzapan, je proeft al de smaak voordat het bereid is. Gietijzer is een prachtig product wat goed warm wordt waardoor je pizza een heerlijke krokante korst krijgt en heerlijk smaakt.

Deze pan is niet alleen voor pizza`s. Je kan er van alles in maken. Denk aan pannenkoeken of een heerlijke plaattaart of vlees of groenten in grillen. Deze pan is van alle markten thuis wat maakt dat het een alleskunner is voor je BBQ!

Door de afmetingen van de pan kun je hem ook heel goed gebruiken als drip pan.

Onderhoud van een gietijzeren pan

Voor het onderhoud van de pan is het goed om je pan regelmatig te seasonen:

Maak de pan goed schoon met water en afwasmiddel. Zet het vervolgens in de oven of op de barbecue (160-200 graden) en verwarm de pan minimaal dertig minuten. Maak de pan hierna goed schoon met een doek of keukenpapier.

Vet de gietijzeren pan daarna in met Crisco, geklaarde boter of rijstolie en haal het overtollige vet weg met een doek of keukenpapier. Plaats de pan terug in de oven of op de barbecue en verwarm deze voor een uur. Laat deze daarna afkoelen en neem het overtollige vet weer weg. Wanneer de pan is afgekoeld, vet deze dan nog 1 keer in. Verwarm nogmaals een uur in de oven of op de barbecue. Nu is de pan klaar voor gebruik.

LET OP: gebruik geen zonnebloemolie of olijfolie voor het seasonen, daar gaat de pan van plakken.

Na gebruik volstaat een sopje van water met een paar druppels afwasmiddel om de pan schoon te maken. De gietijzeren pan is niet geschikt voor de vaatwasser.

Tip: Toch iets te lang laten staan met water erin? Geen nood, de vliegroest die dan ontstaat, verdwijnt als sneeuw voor de zon als je de pan opnieuw seasoned!

Tip 2 : Je kan de pan ook heel makkelijk seasonen met de handige pan coating spray (zie hier).

Really moisturizes hands
These gloves really work. My cuticles and hands alway seem dry. I used these gloves the first night I received them and my hands were really smooth afterward. I wish I had these gloves about 20 years ago and my hands would probably look like a 20 year old.
