Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s is in 2009 opgericht door Adam Elmegirab, een eeuw nadat het merk verdwenen was. Na het overlijden van de oorspronkelijke beheerders van het merk Boker, Johann Gottlieb Boker en zijn schoonzoon Louis Funke Jr., ging namelijk één van de meest verfijnde cocktailbitters van de Gouden Eeuw verloren. Adam Elmegirab, een voormalige bartender uit Aberdeen, Schotland, is er in geslaagd om na 18 intense maanden onderzoek de Boker’s Bitters te herformuleren. Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s is onderdeel van The House of Botanicals, dat verschillende gins maakt en heel wat verfijnde aperitieven en digestieven. Dat laatste doen ze onder de naam Pietro Nicola.
