Complete formule
MetaRelax® combineert magnesiumglycerofosfaat in een volledige formule aangevuld met actieve B-vitamines (B6, B9 (folaat), B12), taurine en vitamine D. Deze formule wordt uitstekend verdragen door maag en darmen en er treedt geen gewenning op. Actieve vitamines B6, B12 en B9 (folaat) hoeven bovendien niet door het lichaam te worden omgezet en kunnen zo direct worden opgenomen.

Ingredienten
Magnesiumglycerofosfaat, taurine, draagstoffen: maltodextrine en hydroxypropylcellulose, antiklontermiddel: magnesiumzouten van vetzuren, vulstof: magnesiumcarbonaat, antiklontermiddelen: vernettte natriumcarboxymethylcellulose en siliciumdioxide, vitamine D (cholecalciferol), vitamine B6 (pyridoxal-5-fosfaat), vulstof: dicalciumfosfaat, folaat (calcium-L-methylfolaat), vitamine B12 (methylcobalamine).

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.

Good for my collection.

SO GOOD!
Format: Audiobook
I haven’t read a YA or a thriller in such a long time so having both of these combined in one book was an absolute pleasure because it was such a fun book to read! This is my first full length novel by this author, I’ve read MANY of her fanfiction writings and they are truly top tier, and I knew this would be just as good as, if not better. And to no surprise, it was. There was a plethora of secrets and a ton of mystery sewn in throughout this book. It kept me guessing the entire time, which I absolutely love about thrillers. It took me a little bit to get into it after the first few chapters but once I did, I was thoroughly sucked into it. I read from chapter 5 on in one sitting.
That epilogue.. SO GOOD! And I really want more. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for an intriguing, easy, filled with mystery, suspense, and something different.
P.s. I would thoroughly enjoy a romance book between Jodi and Julian. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

please tell me there’s a second book
Format: Kindle
Stayed up until 3 a.m. trying to finish this book—that’s how hooked I was. I almost gave it 4.5 stars because the ending didn’t fully land for me, but hearing there might be a second and third book sealed it. Five stars.
Please tell me there’s more coming. Juliann’s ending has been living rent-free in my head ever since.

Format: Kindle
Jodi Dillon, Julian Hollister, Lucy Reed, Paige Montgomery, and the infamous Zach Thrasher make up the elite friend group, The Thrashers, at New Helvetia High School. Once Emily Mills dies on prom night, the Thrashers are under investigation for her death.
If you enjoyed Pretty Little Liars, 13 Reasons Why or One Tree Hill this is a book I would recommend to you! You will get mysterious text messages, Emily Mills’ journal and characters that reminded me of Lucas/Nathan.
