Schudden voor gebruik.Druppels innemen in een glaasje water.Volwassenen en kinderen vanaf 12 jaar: 3 maal daags 10 tot 20 druppels. Voor een gezonde nachtrust: 20 druppels aan het begin van de avond en 40 druppels voor het slapen.Kinderen van 6 tot 12 jaar: 3 maal daags 5 tot 10 druppels.Kinderen van 3 tot 6 jaar: 3 maal daags 6 tot 8 druppels.Kinderen vanaf 6 maanden tot 3 jaar: 3 maal daags 3 tot 5 druppels.De aanbevolen hoeveelheid niet overschrijden.
