Purato Siccari Appassimento

Gemaakt van de Nero d’Avola en Syrah waarbij de druiven worden gedroogd aan wijnstokken en op matten. Om de wijn nog meer body te geven ondergaat de wijn een houtrijping. Het resultaat:

Over de smaak:
Een krachtige maar zachte wijn met tonen van gedroogd donker fruit en kruiden.  

Drinkmoment:
Lekker bij gegrild vlees of stevige pasta’s 

Over het wijnhuis:
Purato een fantastische serie wijnen gemaakt op het wijngoed van Feudo di Santa Tresa op Sicilië die verder gaat dan alleen biologisch:

- De wijnen zijn vegan friendly
- De wijnflessen bestaan voor 80% uit gerecycled glas
- Labels op de fles zijn gemaakt van gerecycled materiaal en dragen het FSC recycled keurmerk
- Omdozen worden gemaakt van 100% gerecycled karton
- Én sinds 2016 zijn de wijnen Carbon Neutral gecertificeerd wat inhoudt dat de alle uitstoot gecompenseerd wordt
- Om de CO2 uitstoot te compenseren wordt er geïnvesteerd in een regenwoud project in Brazilië

Really strong flosser! There are multiple settings for flow type. You may want to reconsider if you have very sensitive gums. The irrigation is pretty strong. It does get all the stuff you thought you flossed away, out of your teeth, gums and mouth. Good battery, it lasts for weeks to maybe a month and a half with daily use, up to 3 months longer before recharge, if not using everyday. I've tested out both scenarios, while still using a regular string floss daily.
