Werkzame bestanddelen
Eén verstuiving staat gelijk aan 1 mg nicotine.
Hulpstoffen
propyleenglycol (E1520), watervrij ethanol, trometamol, poloxameer 407, glycerol (E422), natriumbicarbonaat, levomenthol, muntsmaak, verkoelend aroma, sucralose, kaliumacesulfaam, butylhydroxytolueen (E321), zoutzuur (voor aanpassing van de pH) en gezuiverd water.
Dosering
Personen jonger dan 18 jaar mogen Nicorette Mint niet gebruiken. Raadpleeg uw arts als u na 6 weken behandeling nog geen vermindering van het aantal sprays of van uw sigarettenverbruik hebt bereikt of als u Nicorette Mint langer dan 6 maanden moet gebruiken. Normaal gezien moet u Nicorette Mint gedurende 3 maanden gebruiken. Nicorette Mint mag niet langer dan 6 maanden worden gebruikt. De instructies over hoe u Nicorette Mint moet gebruiken hangen af van de vraag of u onmiddellijk stopt of het aantal sigaretten geleidelijk aan afbouwt alvorens volledig te stoppen. Onmiddellijk stoppen met roken Het doel is onmiddellijk te stoppen met roken en de verstuiving te gebruiken om de hunker naar roken te verlichten. Gebruik niet meer dan 2 verstuivingen per keer of 4 verstuivingen per uur gedurende 16 uur. De maximale dosis is 64 verstuivingen over 16 uur per periode van 24 uur. Stap 1: Week 1 tot 6 Gebruik 1 of 2 verstuivingen wanneer u normaal een sigaret zou roken of ernaar hunkert. Gebruik eerst één verstuiving en als uw hunkering niet verdwijnt binnen een paar minuten, gebruikt u een tweede verstuiving. Als 2 verstuivingen vereist zijn, mogen de volgende dosissen steeds als 2 opeenvolgende verstuivingen worden toegediend. Voor de meeste rokers betekent dit ongeveer 1 of 2 verstuivingen om de 30 minuten tot 1 uur. Als u bijvoorbeeld gemiddeld 15 sigaretten per dag rookt, zou u tenminste 15 keer tijdens de dag 1 of 2 verstuivingen moeten gebruiken. Stap 2: Week 7 tot 9 Begin met het aantal verstuivingen per dag te verminderen. Tegen het einde van week 9 moet u voldoende hebben aan de HELFT van het gemiddelde aantal verstuivingen per dag dat u nog gebruikte bij Stap 1. Stap 3: Week 10 tot 12 Blijf het aantal verstuivingen per dag verminderen, zodat u niet meer dan 4 verstuivingen per dag gebruikt in week 12. Wanneer u het verbruik hebt verminderd tot 2-4 verstuivingen per dag, moet u stoppen met het gebruik van Nicorette Mint. Geleidelijk stoppen met roken Het doel is te beginnen door enkele van uw sigaretten geleidelijk te vervangen door Nicorette Mint. Als u zover bent, kunt u volledig stoppen met roken terwijl u de spray gebruikt. Ten slotte stopt u ook met de spray. Wanneer u een sterke aandrang naar roken voelt, gebruikt u 1-2 verstuivingen in plaats van een sigaret om uw hunker onder controle te houden. De spray vervangt een sigaret. Rook niet vlak nadat u de spray hebt gebruikt. Als u de spray gebruikt zonder uw aantal sigaretten te verminderen, gaat u zich ziek voelen (zie sectie ‘Heeft u te veel van dit middel gebruikt?’). Verminder het aantal sigaretten dat u per dag rookt zo veel mogelijk en vervang ze door een spray. Als u na 6 weken behandeling geen vermindering van uw sigarettenverbruik hebt bereikt, raadpleeg dan een arts. Zodra u zich er klaar voor voelt, moet u volledig stoppen, maar niet later dan 12 weken na de start van de behandeling. Nadat u bent gestopt met roken moet u het aantal verstuivingen per dag geleidelijk aan afbouwen. Wanneer u het verbruik hebt verminderd tot 2-4 verstuivingen per dag, moet u stoppen met het gebruik van Nicorette Mint. Gebruik niet meer dan 2 verstuivingen per keer of 4 verstuivingen per uur gedurende 16 uur. De maximale dosis is 64 verstuivingen over 16 uur per periode van 24 uur. U kunt opnieuw in de verleiding komen om te roken nadat de behandeling stopgezet is. Bewaar mogelijk overblijvende dosissen van de spray, omdat u plotseling naar een sigaret kunt hunkeren. Als u ernaar hunkert, gebruik dan één verstuiving, of twee als één verstuiving niet binnen een paar minuten helpt.
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik

Good looker but terrible performance
Color: 2-Speed Rechargeable Set with Charging Base
I purchased the product and the base would not attach from the charging module. This is their big selling point. I requested a replacement and sadly the replacement was of the same batch run as the original soo…. Yeah that base would not detach. There are videos showing how easy it is to detach base from charging module. Not theses units. Circle Joy customer service is an @gmail.com. They said base is not designed to be removed frequently. I reminded them the separation feature is their highlighted feature. I was just looking for a base. Circle Joy said no…. If I do not like either unit just return them to Amazon.???? In the meantime, after maybe a dozen grinds, the original unit quit grinding normally and would barely grind at all. I shook it out and it worked again but doesn’t sound right. Two takeaways: 1) Poor product quality. 2) I am sooo done with trying to work with Amazon on replacement items. Save yourself a tone of aggravation and just return the order and reorder if you dare. Otherwise good looking and heavy feel and works great about 10 times. Too bad so sad. Now I have this huge return hassle with Amazon.

Really Effective Utility

A Small Luxury That Makes a Big Difference

I absolutely love these salt and pepper grinders.
They’re sleek, modern, attractive on the table, and honestly much nicer looking than I expected for the price. They even come with their own little caddy, which keeps everything neat and organized and looks great when guests are over.
What I love most is how easy they are to use. You simply press a button and instantly get perfectly ground salt or pepper. No twisting, no awkward grinding with two hands, no effort at all.
I especially love this for pepper because I use a lot of it when cooking things like soups, lentils, and large meals. Before, hand grinding would make my arm tired, and sometimes I’d end up with uneven chunks of pepper. With these, the grind is smooth, even, and consistent every time. You just hold the button and move it around — quick, simple, and efficient.
They also hold a generous amount of salt and pepper, so you’re not constantly refilling them every few days.
Honestly, they make cooking easier, they look beautiful on the table, and they feel much more expensive than they are.

Great idea, great product

I’ve been using this electric salt and pepper grinder set for a few weeks now and it’s one of those kitchen upgrades you don’t realize you needed until you have it.
the top refill design makes it quick and easy to fill with course salt or peppercorns. It holds a good amount so youre not constantly refilling it
I really appreciate that these grinders are rechargeable, and therefore a little more eco friendly. The battery life has been solid so far, and I haven’t had to worry about it dying mid-meal.
Using it is super simple, It’s truly one-hand, one-button operation, which makes a big difference when you’re cooking. You can grind seasoning while stirring or holding a pan with your other hand. There’s also an LED light that turns on while grinding, so you can actually see how much seasoning you’re adding—small detail, but surprisingly helpful.
There’s a small dial underneath that adjusts the grind size from course to fine. and the salt and pepper come out in a really uniform, consistent grind.
Overall, the pros—easy refilling, rechargeable design, adjustable grind size, uniform results, —definitely outweigh the cons. It’s a practical, stylish upgrade that makes everyday cooking feel just a little easier and more polished.
