Deze top Prosecco wordt natuurlijk gemaakt van de Glera druif afkomstig van de oudste wijngaarden in Veneto. Hier is het klimaat perfect en groeit de druif zeer gelijkmatig op. De frisse wind die door de wijngaarden waait geeft veel extra verkoeling en draagt bij aan de frisheid die we later terug proeven. Als de druiven in de vroege ochtend zijn geoogst worden ze bij Casa Coller zeer streng geselecteerd, alleen de allerbeste trossen worden verwerkt in deze Casa Coller Prosecco Extra Dry en dat merken wij goed. Deze Casa Coller Prosecco wordt gemaakt van de beste wijngaarden in Veneto, met alle zorg worden de druiven verbouwd en met de hand geoogst. Hierna volgt de Méthode Charmat om de bubbels in de fles te krijgen, niet zo maar bubbels maar een hele zachte en rijpe mousse. In de geur heeft deze Casa Coller Prosecco indrukken van groene appels, gedroogd geel fruit en kleine nuances van munt en citroen. I recommend this book. Not only because it's a Dr. Sue's book, but because at the end of the school year. I ask my son's teacher to sign it. It's a sweet memory to have and it will be a sweet memory to look at once they graduate Elementary. It's a must. The price is great. Quality... Everything about it is great. Most of all....
