In 1916 werd Bodega Luzon opgericht door verschillende families die werkzaam waren in de wijnbouw in Jumilla. Een nieuwe bodega kwam er in 2000 bij. Na verschillende uitbreidingen en moderniseringen is het bedrijf in 2006 overgenomen door de familie Fuertes. Sindsdien is het wijnhuis sterk gegroeid en bezit het vandaag de dag 1200 hectare in Jumilla, wat zo’n 100 kilometer ten westen van Alicante ligt. De bodem is hier schraal en kalkhoudend. Het is droog en warm met flinke temperatuurverschillen tussen dag en nacht. De wortels zullen hart moeten werken hier om alle mineralen en voedingsstoffen op te nemen. Maar dat resulteert wel in mooie geconcentreerde druiven. En met als uiteindelijke resultaat; elegante wijnen.Geniet van de kwaliteitswijn Luzon Porti
Deze wijn is een blend van 2 druivensoorten, Monastrell (80 procent) en Cabernet Sauvignon (20 procent). De druiven die worden gebruikt om Por tí te maken, zijn afkomstig van wijnstokken die ongeveer 50 jaar oud zijn en op 650 meter boven zeeniveau liggen. De oogst wordt handmatig uitgevoerd, waarbij de druiven in kleine dozen van 10-15 kilogram naar de wijnmakerij worden vervoerd om schade voor aankomst te voorkomen. Bij de wijnmakerij worden druiven geselecteerd aan een selectietafel voordat het vat en vinificatieproces begint. De most wordt vervolgens gefermenteerd bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 28 -30 graden gedurende ongeveer 10 dagen. In de volgende maceratiefase blijft de schil de volgende 10 en 15 dagen op de druiven. Ten slotte wordt Por tí voor het bottelen 18 maanden gerijpt in vaten van Amerikaans en Frans eiken. In de geur rijp fruit, rode bessen, specerijen, cacao en toasty eiken. In de smaak vol en zeer sappig op de tong, het mondgevoel is rijk en vol met indrukken van zwart fruit en lichte kruiden. Recipes for disaster!

I wish I never paid for this. I wanted to support the author and purchase it, but I'm regretting it big time.
The book is clearly written by someone with great technical abilities, and poor communication/teaching skills. It also lacks clarity, and repeats some concepts under different sections without explaining why or what you're gonna do with that information, as if some explanations were incomplete... all in a way that it is utterly confusing.
Codes have lots of errors, so get ready to debug the heck out of them.
I needed this for a project which aimed to make some processes more efficient, and now I'm stuck fixing a problem I did not need, increasing my workload.
One of the worst cyber security books I've ever owned.

Really nice first book set for little hands

This is such a great little book set! The books are small, have sturdy hard pages, and are super easy for little hands to flip through. My baby is 11 months old, and these are honestly perfect for this stage, they’re simple, engaging, and just the right size for early learning. I really like that each book has its own theme (like wild animals, transport, shapes, etc.). It keeps things interesting and helps introduce new words in a fun and easy way. Another big plus for me is that the pictures are photo-realistic, which I think is really important when babies are learning about the world, they can actually connect what they see in the book to real life.
The quality of the set is excellent, the images are bright, colorful, and crisp, and the books feel durable enough to handle lots of use (and chewing, let’s be honest). I also love the sturdy box it comes in, it keeps everything organized and makes cleanup easy. Overall, such a nice little library to read and enjoy with your baby. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Purchase

Wonderful. Perfect size for little hands. Colorful. Caught my grandson’s attention as soon as my son unwrapped it. A good number of choices, so it’s easy to keep my grandson’s attention for over. 1/2 hour.
I’d say that’s terrific for a little guy.
All in all, this is the best set of books I’ve bought. Money well spent! He’ll probably wear them out before a little brother or sister comes along 😂

Perfect for first baby books.

Loved these for my first daughter a few years ago and they definitely got their use. I wanted to make sure I got a new set for my newborn. They are perfect for learning all the basics with large pictures that help them associate with the labeled word. Easy to travel with boards books that baby’s can hold as they learn to grip items.
