De speen is namelijk gemaakt uit één onvermijdelijk lopend stuk zodat het geen kansen biedt aan bacteriën en andere ziektekiemen die er anders tussen proberen blijven hangen. De Goldi-vorm is dus echt perfect ontwikkeld voor baby's. Tot slot is natuurrubber een stuk veiliger dan siliconen voor baby's met tandjes. Ze bijten makkelijke stukjes van de siliconen speen af en kunnen deze inslikken. Dat is zeer gevaarlijk! Bij natuurrubbervoorkom je dit. De flessenspenen hebben een anti-slip onderdeur zeer kleine oneffenheden aan de onderkant zodat ze niet van de fles af glijden. Zet de drinkpeen niet op het vlees. Als je kleine bubbeltjes ziet terwijl je baby drinkt, dan zit de speen helemaal goed. Mors je melk, dan zit hij duidelijk niet zo goed. Onderhoud De Goldi flessenspeen maak je gemakkelijk schoon door hem zelfs in heet water te dompelen met een houten lepel. Doe dit uitkoken niet langer dan 2 minuten. Het water desinfecteert de speen. Laat de speen vervolgens drogen op een schoon, gedesinfecteerd doek, weg van zonlicht en warmte. De spenen zijn gemaakt van natuurrubber en kunnen niet in een verdamper, magnetron of vaatwasser. Vervang de drinkpeen iedere 1-2 maanden. Wordt hij eerder wat plakkerig? Vervang hem dan direct. Welke heb ik nodig? Dog loves the bunny
This is a real rabbit-sized toy, and my dog loves it. One of the squeakers makes an animal grunting sound, which again, my dog loves (and I find a little unnerving). These are not built to last, though for my aggressive chewer, they hold up surprisingly well. It usually takes her about two weeks to thoroughly dismember and disembowel one. Of course, if I get involved in a spirited tug-of-war with my dog and the bunny, the rabbit doesn't last very long, but the bunny survives surprisingly well for our normal playing (I toss it up in the air, she catches it and takes it to her blanket to chew on it for a bit).
I don't know of ANY plush toys that will last more than a couple of weeks at best, even the Kong Knots (which she also likes). Most, however, seem to disintegrate within minutes under her attention, so I love finding plush toys that my pup can play with for a while!

My dog absolutely loves it, but durability is poor.
This is my dog's second Pet Lou bunny. The first one I picked up in some random store. I tied it onto the end of my home-made flirt pole (look it up). She absolutely loves this toy. Her favorite has to be the squeakers in each paw. She likes the grunter in the body fine, and doesn't seem to care for the crinkly ears. Since it was on a flirt pole and I do not let her play with it solo, it lasted a long time. After finally killing the last paw squeaker I thought I'd buy a replacement with the expectation that the new one would be as durable as the old.
The very first time we played with the new bunny, it came away with 1 broken paw squeaker and a tear in an armpit. The squeakers I can understand because she is a major chewer, but the tear after 1 use leads me to believe these toys are not as durable or the quality control at the factory is poor.

A winner! Life size bunny that quacks.
It's the size of a real rabbit, and seems reasonably well made, and after a few weeks my dog hasn't exposed any stuffing. The ears have crinkly plastic in them, and the body has a duck-quack squeaker. My dog doesn't love crinkly plastic or high-pitched squeakers, but she loves this toy, and doesn't seem to mind that a rabbit quacks like a duck.
My dog has shown a particular preference for this over her other stuffed toys, so I'd say it was a really good value, and would buy another without hesitation if something ever happens to this one.

Very well made and sturdy

This toy isn’t quite indestructible but it is very sturdy and so far I’m pleased. I have a 5 month old who is a chewer and she has destroyed toys at a fast pace. It’s just the right size and weight for her to toss around, and I have thrown it in the washer inside a mesh bag once already. The fabric is soft, yet very strong. The only casualty to it was an ear. One had to be cut off once she had it partially chewed off. That’s a win in my book!

“Indestructible”? Not even close.

I bought this because it was advertised for large aggressive chewers and claimed to be indestructible. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
My dog destroyed this toy in about two minutes. Seriously. It took me longer to get it out of the Amazon packaging and the manufacturer’s box than it did for my dog to rip it open. Once he got going, the seams popped and stuffing was everywhere.
Then I got the joy of cleaning up the mess, which took longer than the toy lasted.
If your dog is actually a strong chewer, this toy probably won’t survive very long. I wish I could recommend it, but honestly it just didn’t hold up at all.
Save your money and keep looking
