Giallo paglierino scarico con riflessi verdolini. Gelsomino, petali di rosa, carcadè, pompelmo rosa e profumi di mare, a comporre un quadro olfattivo di grande piacevolezza. In bocca è sapido e fresco, risultando comunque ottimamente bilanciato ed elegante.

Il Moscato di Noto DOC “Allemanda” 2017 nasce da uve moscato bianco coltivate su terreni dalla forte componente calcarea. Il vino è prodotto mediante fermentazione e affinamento in contenitori di acciaio al fine di preservare gli aromi e la bella freschezza gustativa. Allemanda è il nome di una danza barocca e rappresenta la personale interpretazione di Planeta del pregiato moscato bianco, tanto a suo agio in questo angolo di Sicilia.

Ottimo accanto ad un’insalata di aringhe, gentile su un’insalata caprese, è straordinario su gamberi e crostacei panati o su una crema di pomodoro e astice.
