Echt oude kaas heeft tyrosinekristallen - die kleine witte korrels die je ziet en voelt. Dat is geen fout maar een teken van rijping en kwaliteit. Hoe meer kristallen, hoe ouder de kaas. Old Friends is een kaas die op de kaasplank de aandacht trekt en gesprekken uitlokt.

Oude kaas serveren

Breek in stukken in plaats van snijden - de kristalstructuur geeft een authentieke presentatie. Op de kaasplank samen met honing, noten en dadels. Past uitstekend bij een volle rode wijn, amontillado sherry of een belegen port. In de keuken: rasp fijn over soep, pasta of risotto voor een intense kaastoets.

Bewaren

Koel bewaren ingepakt. Lang houdbaar. Invriezen beïnvloedt de kristalstructuur - vers bewaren is beter.

This seems to work very well. I will say that it seems to be pretty important to move the wheel around as soon as you can to distribute the product within the tire. I was held up for a few minutes and the Liqui tube seemed to start to set up in one spot and made the tire out of balance so I had to work quick to get it to distribute to the other parts of the tire. It seems to have worked though and so far the tires are holding air very well. I will be interested to see if it lasts for a long time but so far so good.

I have a riding lawn mower and one of the front tires, which is small, had been running low for a couple of years, we took it off. to fill it with the liquiTube and you could see cracks all around the outside of the tire.
