Voor extra veiligheid is de helm voorzien van een 3M Uvicator sensorschijf die aangeeft wanneer de helm aan te veel UV-straling is blootgesteld en vervangen moet worden. De helm is goedgekeurd voor zijwaartse vervorming en biedt bescherming tegen gesmolten metaalspatten. Met een elektrische isolatie tegen 1000 VAC en 440 VAC is deze helm ook geschikt voor werkzaamheden waarbij elektrische risico's aanwezig zijn.
