Er is iets zowel aards Noords als expressief avant-garde aan de collectie kleine tafels van Normann Copenhagen die de naam Pine dragen. De tafels zijn gemaakt van massief grenen in een karakteristiek en sculpturaal ontwerp. De keuze voor grenenhout zet de toon voor het ontwerp van de Pine-tafels. De tafels krijgen een aangename organische kwaliteit door de kenmerkende nerf van het hout, en de vaak over het hoofd geziene houtsoort krijgt nieuw leven in de speelse vorm. Ontwerper Simon Legald legt uit: "In meubelontwerp is grenen lange tijd een vergeten houtsoort geweest. Dat is jammer, want grenen is zeker niet zonder zijn kwaliteiten. Voor mij vertegenwoordigen de vurige groeiringen en karakteristieke geur van het hout de Noordse ziel en warmte. Niet in de laatste plaats is het logisch om een materiaal te gebruiken dat lokaal in grote hoeveelheden te vinden is." Met zijn volumineuze achthoekige voet kan Pine elke kamer prominentie en kracht geven. Zijn zware lichaam wordt voorzichtig tegengewerkt door het smalle, afgeronde randframe van het tafelblad, wat een visuele lichtheid toevoegt aan het massieve houten ontwerp. Het hout wordt gepresenteerd in zijn natuurlijke vorm, of met een gekleurde houtbeits, waardoor de nerf zichtbaar blijft. Ontworpen door Simon Legald.

Great fun protection!
This case gets used.. more than it should. Stand is still working great. Coloring is definitely tinted a bit but it still looks good on a gen 10 iPad.

Weak penholder/only 1 stand position
I got this case for my iPad I use for medical school and it fits great, no issue there. My only complaints about it are that the Apple pencil holder slot doesn't have a great hold, which is fine if your device is mostly stationary, but I worry about losing the pencil in the future when walking around at clinical rotations. They should have put it on the other side of the device where the built-in magnet is so that there was some sort of internal holding force while not making the case any more bulky. The kickstand has a nice hold when locked into place, but there is unfortunately only one angle that it does lock into place, all others it tends to slide sometimes.

Great protective case with a sleek design
