Gemaakt in Oezbekistan door middel van het zandgietproces

De Kazan is een massieve, klassieke gietijzeren kookpan die wordt geleverd met een perfect passend deksel. Met deze veelzijdige set kun je probleemloos overal koken, braden, stoven, frituren, stomen en zelfs bakken.

Aluminium deksel - perfecte aanvulling op de kazan

Aluminium deksel is licht. Dit vergemakkelijkt het gebruik en het aanbrengen van het deksel op de kookpan. Het deksel roest niet, omdat aluminium van nature roestbestendig is. Hij is gemakkelijk te reinigen en vereist geen uitgebreid onderhoud om roest te voorkomen.

Het aluminium deksel heeft een goede warmtegeleiding. Dit betekent dat hij snel opwarmt en de warmte gelijkmatig over het oppervlak verdeelt.

De kazan is van binnen geslepen en heeft een zeer glad oppervlak

Buitenoppervlak is extreem ruw door het productieproces (zandgietproces)

De Kazan wordt handmatig gemaakt. Het deksel kan daardoor enigszins afwijken

Let op: De vorming van roest op gietijzeren kookgerei is geen defect, maar het resultaat van onjuist gebruik.

Houd er rekening mee dat gietijzer neigt tot roestvorming en daarom een zorgvuldige voorbereiding voor gebruik en een goede verzorging vereist. Voor het eerste gebruik raden wij aan om de gietijzeren kazan grondig te reinigen en in te branden om een natuurlijke antiaanbaklaag te creëren en de levensduur te verlengen.

Om roestvorming te voorkomen, droog je de gietijzeren kazan na gebruik grondig af en bewaar je hem op een droge plaats. Een dun aangebrachte laag plantaardige olie of speciaal vet voor gietijzer kan helpen het oppervlak te beschermen. Vermijd blootstelling aan langdurig vocht om roestvorming te minimaliseren.


Mobiel, multifunctioneel en flexibel

De Kazan past perfect in een Utschak, campingopen, kazan standaard, op een vuurton of een raketoven.

Kazans zijn vooral bekend uit de landen van Centraal-Azië en zijn bij uitstek geschikt voor buiten koken

Een kazan is zowel geschikt voor Europese gerechten zoals goulash of gebakken aardappelen, als voor Aziatisch zoals plov (pilaf) of barmak
