Dit is het grootste probleem: mijn moeder is dood.
Dit is het een na grootste probleem: mijn vader weet het even niet zo goed.
Dat mag natuurlijk best, maar er komt wel veel rommel van. Die moet ik steeds opruimen en ik ben nog maar tien.
Verder zijn er kleinere problemen: De boot is klein. We hebben weinig geld. Mijn vader is barbier en geen gewone kapper die ook vrouwen kan, dus heeft hij maar de helft van de wereldbevolking als klandizie. Gelukkig zijn hier best veel mannen die zich het liefst de hele dag laten scheren en knippen. Tenminste, dat zegt mijn vader.
Dan is er nog het nieuwste probleem dat klein begon maar steeds groter wordt: mijn moeder is gecremeerd en ze zouden de as nasturen, maar ze kunnen ons denk ik niet vinden.
Omdat mijn vader het even niet zo goed weet. Omdat ik nog maar tien ben.
