  • In de wijngaard: Biodynamische landbouw. De cru Starderi kent een wat 'lossere' grond en een wat kortere expositie. 
  • In de wijnkelder: 2 maanden maceratie op de schil en spontane fermentatie in beton. Daarna persen, rijping in grote Slavische vaten. Niet gefilterd en geklaard, minimaal sulfiet.
