Alla vista giallo paglierino brillante, con perlage fine e persistente. Al naso emergono subito aromi intensi di frutta quali mela e nespola, di mandorla, di noce fresca e di resina. Al palato si slancia con energia e grande freschezza, avvolgendovi con note di cedro e pietra focaia su un'importante trama minerale. Chiude lungo su un finale rotondo, piuttosto persistente.Questo Valle d'Aosta DOC blanc de Morgex et de La Salle, metodo classico Extra Brut "XT" dell'azienda Cave Mont Blanc de Morgex et La Salle è un prodotto ottenuto con uve prié blanc in purezza. Il vino base svolge la prima fermentazione in legno grande (larice-rovere) e in acciaio inox. Avviene quindi la tradizionale rifermentazione in bottiglia. Dégorgement non prima di 15 mesi.
Ottimo da abbinare a primi piatti o antipasti a base di pesce, come un'orata al limone e carciofini.

GREAT READ
Format: Hardcover
I can’t stop thinking about Laws of Love and Logic, a debut novel by Debra Curtis. It’s beautifully written, incredibly heartbreaking, but nevertheless hopeful. It’s definitely not your typical romance novel rather it’s heavily character driven, and thought provoking. The characters feel so real. The way the author writes about the sisters’ relationship will stay with me forever. Also, having grown-up Catholic, I was so inspired to see progressive Catholicism with an emphasis on serving the most vulnerable, as being a foundational part of the sisters’ lives. The story spans decades, opening in the 70s and follows the characters into middle age. If you like books by Elizabeth Strout and Ann Patchett, you’ll love this one.

Highly recommended read!!

My book club read this. It’s a thoughtful and emotional story with believable characters and strong family themes. I especially loved the message of forgiveness, which added real depth to the story. I’m from the area where the book takes place and found the setting and details extremely accurate. I could picture myself in and around it. Loved it and highly recommend. Looking forward to this author’s next book!
