De Magnolia 'Grand Gall' is een indrukwekkende sierstruik of kleine boom die in het voorjaar uitpakt met grote, tulpenvormige bloemen in zachte tinten van roze tot wit. Met een hoogte van 175 tot 200 cm is deze magnolia al mooi vertakt en klaar om een prominente plek in de tuin in te nemen.

Deze soort is geliefd om zijn rijke bloei nog vóór het blad verschijnt, wat zorgt voor een opvallend en elegant silhouet. De ‘Grand Gall’ groeit langzaam maar gestaag en vormt uiteindelijk een brede, volle struik of kleine boom. Het blad is frisgroen en geeft ook in de zomer structuur aan de tuin.
