Als er één sport is waarbij een gemiddelde training vaak het uiterste van je lichaam vraagt, is het wel boksen. Boksen, the Noble Art of Self Defence, biedt de ideale mix van trainen op uithoudingsvermogen en het versterken van de spieren.
Er is geen sport waarbij je zo snel een beresterke conditie opbouwt als bij het boksen. Een bokser is immers voortdurend in beweging. Hardlopen en fietsen zijn natuurlijk ook ideale manieren om calorieën te verbranden, maar het nadeel van deze sporten is dat het bovenlijf niet meedoet. De meeste lange afstandlopers en wielrenners zien er dan ook uit alsof je ze zo omver kunt blazen. Dé manier om aan cardiotraining te doen en tegelijkertijd je spieren te ontwikkelen is boksen. Has shoulder pads.
The jacket has shoulder pads that don't necessarily show on the image in the purchase area. Pretty pronounced so if that's not your thing definitely stay away. Got lucky and it doesn't look too bad on me but it took so long to receive the package I don't feel like going through the refund process so I'm dealing with it. Quality is great tho
